Doesn't pay employees. Blocks them when asking for pay. Andy is a TERRIBLE owner with TERRIBLE food. Service sucks. Business sucks. Can't even keep doors open. How many times are you going to file bankruptcy, or take out fraudulent loans before the business shuts for good not to mention serving minors

Service was poor, one waitress for the whole floor. Bartender had a toddler on her hip behind the bar. Crawfish was over cooked and not blanched well. Other food inedible. TWO TOILETS FULL OF WASTE AND CLOGGED on a Sunday afternoon

These fried mushrooms I got are nasty. They didn't cook it right. The batter is all mushy. I would not recommend eating or buying the fried mushrooms from here.

I went to the seafood buffet today. I didn't have high expectations. I'm gonna try and be fair. 1. Crawfish 2.5* 2. Boudin balls 1* 3. Popcorn shrimp 4* 4.Gumbo 1.5* 5. Service 3.5* 6. Value 3*would I return, probably not. They say it's $24, but charge $32 at the door. That is drink, buffet, tip, and taxes. Overall at won't let me go 2.5, so I guess it is closer to 3 than 2.

I had been buying my crawfish for the last few months from Frogs, and driving 3 hours when I could get them 30 minutes from me. Undoubtedly the best size, price, and superior service. Ricky does what he says, and I've never been more satisfied. Today I went to finally see how their boiled were ( I thought I was the best at cooking them myself) but I have to admit I just became second best. The crawfish were seasoned perfect, and they were all medium to large. My hat goes off to Ricky and his crew, best crawfish in East Texas!

Best crawfish in town!! We get some every Friday and they never disappoint! Got a bag last week to make at home and they were the best quality I ever seen. Not to mention they have awesome customer service!!

The food was amazing!!! The only problem was that the service wasn't as good. We waited forever to get the check meanwhile all the staff was standing around. There was also no one else in the whole place. But I would definitely recommend the food!!!

Don't get me wrong the food is wonderful. The only problem is we waited forever for them to even come take our orders. Me and my friend were basically the only ones in the restaurant and we still waited about 20 minutes for the check. The wait staff were just standing around talking while we sat there waiting on our check.

Bartender working there this morning (March 18, 2022) was rude as hell First time going in there, didn't stay long bc I don't like disrespectful attitudes Never tried their food yet, so can't give any ratings on that Establishment looked very clean

We decided to try this place as my roommate heard good things. First off, multiple items of our order weren't delivered. What was delivered, was lackluster to say the least. We got a good assortment, and everything was just disappointing. Maybe they were having an off night, but we won't be ordering from here again.

My family and I dined in the other day. I ordered a cheeseburger basket and fried mushrooms, it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the food was hot! I highly recommend Frogs!
