They try to force African American women to have tubal ligations after having two kids even when they about to have a baby at the hospital they midwife’s are failure to women and they do not inform you of all complications after the procedures.

Heaven sent! We visited this clinic today and felt absolutely welcomed by the friendly staff. From the receptionist,nurses to Dr. Kristin Robinson.The Dr was amazing! Prior to this visit my son (5yr old)disliked seeing any Dr but Kristen changed his mind. He was so grateful he gave her a hug at the end of our visit! ????

Great place but with horrible staff!!!Erika up front is very unprofessional with a very bad attitude, never answers phone calls and once walked in to make an appointment she refused to help me with a very rude attitude!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK !!

They never return my phone calls and leave me hanging for a week before they do anything for my children...that is only after I pester them with phone calls for days. They don't care that my child needs a refill of medication or a referral for my other kid. Horrible experiences over and over again!

This place won't allow any sort of visitors, not even your own baby!!! I can't even have my fiancé sit in the lobby with my baby. They never even answer the phone too. Terrible staff, terrible place. Care LAST Clinic

I was given a rx /when the insurance company tried contacting Np. K Robinson she refused to cooperate and cost me to pay full price for my meds. I tried reaching out to her but my calls fell on deaf ears . Now I have moved to a higher power. These Np,& Doctors at this clinic can’t even attend to you personally when admitted to any hospital/ So why waste our money or insurance at this facility.Angela
