Angie is the best. She always calls us if there is a new deal available to us to better our plan or lower our payment. When I wanted to exchange a car on my policy She made it so easy to do. When we needed a car fixed due to hail damage Angie made it simple and easy. Best insurance I've had and best insurance agent I've ever had.

Absolutely would not recommend. They just really do not care about their customers. When they hang up on you before you finish talking. That's bad for business. We will definitely be switching companies.

The branch increased my premium by over $400/month because they added someone to it on their own volition, who did not live with me or drive my vehicle. When I addressed it with them, the woman (not the receptionist. The receptionist was the only professional employee who seemed to care) said she would see if it was possible to reverse it, but couldn’t make any promises... After I got heated with them, they lowered it back down mostly, but not completely. I’ve reached out about it and have gotten no response. Very difficult to work with and dishonest. It is not a branch of people who are in the business of helping others. I would advise looking elsewhere for coverage.

My parents has used them since before I could even understand the insurance thing. I’ve recently acquired them as my insurance since I’m now an adult, and they still never fail to impress! Highly recommend!!

We had to evacuate from the hurricane to nacadoches and had no way of contacting our insurance agent. Angie and the others were very helpful and took care of it for us.

I have absolutely no complaints about any situation where I have had to use my Allstate insurance coverage! Allstate has always provided prompt helpful service and that means a lot to me! The people at Chris Clark insurance agency are extremely pleasant to deal with anytime I have questions or need assistance with anything! I would recommend them to anyone anytime!!
