Rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh, and the front staff Kristin was SO NICE!!!!! Very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter's and I were enjoying a girls weekend in Nac. Coming in from dinner Friday night our room smelled like marijuana. We were tired so we went to bed. We left out for the town that morning and when we came back to our room it smelled like pot again. I said something to the house keeper. Who kindly sprayed the room to make it smell better and she told me that people smoke in this rooms all the time. We left for the pool and when we came back to the room it had the oder again. After looking to see what vent was expelling this toxic aroma. We decided to go eat. When we came back we park at side parking area and noticed under our room windows was an open windows with someone smoking. Having the order that was in our room. My husband said something to the guy at the first desk. He said he couldn't do anything about it.

Disappointed and Misled – Poor Customer Service Experience
Our softball team had to cancel our trip due to the tournament being called off. Our head coach contacted the hotel directly and was assured that the entire group booking would be canceled with no charges incurred. To be safe, I personally called the hotel as well to confirm my individual booking (which was part of the group reservation). I was again reassured that the cancellation had been noted and that I would not be charged.
Despite these clear confirmations, my credit card was still charged. Assuming it was a mistake, I waited the standard 3–5 business days expecting the charge to be reversed. We went on a family vacation during that time, and upon returning, the charge was still there.
When I called the hotel to follow up and get the charge corrected, I was shocked to be told that they would not be issuing a refund—completely ignoring the previous promises made by their own staff.
This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected honesty and professionalism, especially after multiple confirmations. Unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I would not recommend booking here, especially for group events.

Website says they have truck parking well this is false advertisement when i arvied i couldnt even get in with my 53ft trailer n truck. Plz remove truck parking on the website

The hallways smelled funny when I first got there, but I didn't smell it after leaving and coming back to the hotel later that night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Breakfast was hot and filling. The fire alarm startled me awake, but it's good to know that it works.

I am a Choice Hotel Gold member and we stayed at the Quality Inn the first time we came through Nac, and it was not the best. Although, coming back through we stayed here and it was beautiful! We travel a lot during the summer, we stayed at comfort inns in Alabama, and Florida, and this one was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and heated. The breakfast was different both mornings we stayed and the eating area remained spotless. The kitchen staff were constantly checking the food to ensure they didn't run out, they were also constantly walking the eating area to wipe down the tables people had left dirty. Kitchen staff was so friendly and efficient. I also loved that everyone was fluent in Spanish. I love the diversity and hearing my native tongue. Overall an amazing stay, I will always stay here going forward when we come by Nac again. 💕

Value centric hotel - you get what you pay for.
Breakfast food is hot, fair variety of options, but average in taste.
Coffee is good but limited creamer options.
Location is on edge of town, not within walking distance of anything of significance.
Bathroom we had needed som upkeep - rust on shower rod and bathroom fixtures, light switch seemed to have a short ( had to jiggle it just right to get the light on - might be a fire hazard). Faucet on sink sprays water directly at you when you turn it on.
Overall appearance of hotel is nice and relatively clean but some of the rugs in common areas are showing signs of heavy foot traffic and use.

Love this hotel. It was super-close to the venue my associate and I were performing at and contained every creature-comfort we needed. Our room was big, with 2 comfy beds and a couch. Big screen TV, microwave and fridge for our convenience. The breakfast was delicious and we had access to coffee all day. There was a shallow pool for the kids but what I really enjoyed and needed was the fitness center. A decent exercise bike with a good treadmill and a full rack of weights, along with a circuit training weight machine. The Wi-fi was fast and easily accessible. 10/10 would recommend.

The room is bigger in person! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and everything was perfectly clean. This will be my hotel of choice for my future visits to Nac.

The customer service here is great. The location to historic town square is good. The hotel rom was spacious and clean.
