I got in a car accident that completely messed up the front of my car. They had my car fixed in two weeks. All the workers are friendly and know exactly what they are doing. They will go the extra mile for a customer. They want to get personal with their customers and want to create the best product. 10/10 recommend this company. You won't regret it.

If you want quality service and repairs the you should come here. The receptionist is always so friendly and is so helpful. I had to file a claim in their office for a accident I was in and she helped me so much because I didn't know what I was doing.Main repair man will make sure you know that the job will be done right while informing you about any updates or concerns he might have along the way. The owner of the place will come out to say hello and chat it up a bit while you're waiting and it just makes you feel at home. Overall you can't go wrong with bringing your car here to have them repair it.

I had a great experience here. I had been told by other shops that they either couldn't handle the front end repair I needed, or they didn't want to. They also told me it might cost over $1,000 to fix.I took it here and Bryan took a look at it and fixed the issue in 24 hours for less than $100. Very happy customer.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I used this shop because it was "Satisfaction Guaranteed" by State Farm. From the initial moment I picked up my car I knew I would be facing more problems with this shop in the future. My seat belt in my back seat was slashed, once I complained I was told they "Never were in my backseat" but once I mentioned my car was vacuumed and my things were all moved around they changed their answer and said they "gave it a courtesy vacuum". My seatbelt was never replaced. Fast forward, the shop had done some body repair, and replaced my decals. The trimming they replaced was not even stuck into place, I had to do it myself. They forgot my hemi decals and I had to call and request them to be put back on my car. Ms. Gross offers a signed lifetime warranty on their work, however once my decals started peeling less than 2 years later she was not wanting to abide by her warranty. The manager, Bryan, told me that the owner said she was "Only wanting to cover the sticker and no install" due to the fact they hired someone else to replace my decal. However, I only hired HER shop to work on my car, not other people. I was lied to and told different things by her and her manager on several different occasions. I ended up having to contact my insurance company to have them contact the shop for replacement. I was on and off the phone with Ms. Gross several times and she is the most unprofessional and disrespectful business owner I have ever dealt with. Once I finally recieved my decal for replacement, she did not order the correct one. I reached out to the business and recieved no answer. Save yourself the hassel, time and money and go to a different body shop in Nac. Any of them are better than the service you will recieve from this shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair

So this place was a "preferred repair shop" for Allstate ( my insurance) when an uninsured motorist hit my daughters car. I can tell you that they are way more expensive than other shops for the same quality work. I had some previous damages on the other side of the car ( scratches from car wash) and offered them to do those repairs while it was in their shop. I had an estimate from the Chevy dealer for $1100 to repair, and a check from the car wash for that amount. Community Collision quoted me $1800 for the same repair and explained that they do quality work, don't cut corners, ect.. and would lose money if they did the repair for $1100. They also said they would inspect Chevys repair work for free once they were done. ( Kinda insulting if you ask me). They also tried to charge me a $500 deductible for what they did repair not once but twice during this repair when it was only $250. I actually had to make the calls to straighten this issue out because they wouldn't. They also took like two weeks to do the repair. They do keep you updated. I will give them that much. But in the end, the Chevy dealership in Nacogdoches did the other repairs and did a fantastic job for way less money and the work only took 4 days. My advice is if you are using insurance for repairs and are in no hurry to get your car back then this place is good . And their work appears to be good as well. Not saying they don't do good work, because from the photos my daughter sent me, it looks great... But if you're paying out of pocket, I'd go elsewhere for an estimate. Gound Chevrolet in Nacogdoches did a great job. Fast, professional, and at a much lower price.

Warning!!! Do not bring your vehicle to Community Collision!!The owner of this business is Debra Gross!! She RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL at All!! It takes a long time to deliver vehicle back to you. And when you have a problem with Her rental car,she will claim it's your fault!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME!! There are other body shops in Nacogdoches and Lufkin that will Appreciate your business And knows how to be Curteous and PROFESSIONAL!!..

Warning this is not a professional business!! ***** is the owner. She is VERY Rude!!! She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Doesn't know how to treat her customers.. I will Never do business there again and Advise Everyone to do the same.. The quality of the work is average..But she kept my vehicle for weeks!! I had a problem with the her rental car that I feel put my life in danger. When I informed her,she didn't want to hear it.. And told me that the problem was my fault!! Now I can understand why this business get negative reviews.. Believe them. They are true!! They are other body shops in ****** and *********** that are Professional.. This business is Not and should get a ZERO for that reason !!!

I was completely satisfied and then some. I had issues between the insurance company and car rental agency and Debra (She gets 10 Stars) went above and beyond. She is definitely a highly valued employee to say the least. Car looks beautiful, alignment gaps in the body are perfect. Paint matched and blended perfectly. Will recommend Community Collision in the future.
