After a botched oil change, my Subaru was shuddering and making a horrible sound. Mr. Crump let me bring it in right away and had it back to me, running perfectly, in just one day...and the cost of the service was very reasonable. I can't recommend his shop enough.

I had my timing belt, water pump, and outer belts done in December. Along with several other things. Within a few months I had to have them go back into the engine and replace oil seals that should have been done when they did my timing belt. Then my water pump went out. Yes the water pump was covered under warranty but their labor was not. So in just labor alone I spent roughly $900.00 for them to go into the same part of the engine. And I STILL have oil leaks and coolant leaks. They don't give any kind of warranty with their labor. I never would have thought they would be like that but I saw first hand how bad a shop can be.

I have been using Crump's Auto and Transmission for almost 12 years and I would not use anybody else. I have had many friends who have come to with me about a problem with their vehicles and I alwyas refer them to Crump's. The mechanics are great guys and Ronnie will always tell you what needs to be done and the price before he does the work. The service is great and fast. You can always trust that your vehicle will be fixed right!

Ronnie was referred by a friend .He has repaired my wife's car twice. Both times it was timely and reasonable. I would trust him on any type of repair. Great guy !!!

Ronnie is a great guy who offers great service at the right price. My car wasn't driving properly and I didn't know what the problem was initally so I called Crump's (thinking my transmission had went out) and Ronnie sent out a tower to take my car back to his shop. He diagnosed the problem (right font axle fell apart) and had it fixed the next day. He even went out of his way, on his day off, to pick me up at my apartment and take me back to his shop to get my car so that I could drive home that same day. My car is running great now thanks to Crump's!
