I as someone who has worked in healthcare well over 30 years, and am from the Nacogdoches area received a horrible experience with the Pharmacy Manager LeeAnn Logan. I do not typically use Yelp until I have a truly bad experience which has been less than 5 times in my entire adult life and this is the only Pharmacy review I have ever given. I don't usually use CVS but Walgreens who I have used for years was out of stock and on back order with my pain medicine that I have been taking for a bad leg injury I sustained 15 years ago. So I called to see if CVS had it in stock and they did, so I had my Dr to send it to CVS instead. I then received a call from the Pharmacy Manager who proceeded to ask me questions which I answered but she proceeded to ask me when the last time I saw this Dr was and that they had my address still in Pasadena (which I did use to live while working at Houston Methodist)and the Dr himself is out of Houston area as well because I never changed Drs for 15 years. I became Hesitant and cautious because the Manager made me feel as though I had done something wrong and I had never been made to feel this way before by a pharmacy . I told her that she was basically making me feel like a criminal and that she was being rude and she abruptly said No I was not no, you have a goooood day. I told her would never use this Pharmacy again for the way I was treated and made to feel. I do understand she has a license and must follow rules but there could have been a better way to deal with your customers and there is a reason I go to the Dr I do. he is a Pain Specialist who is also over the Physical Rehabilitation Center for Houston Methodist in Baytown, Tx. I worked for Houston Methodist in both Baytown and Houston Downtown for a total of 11 years. I have NEVER been made to feel the way I was by this Pharmacy Manager. I must say if she handles her customers this way I can only imagine how she treats and handles her Employees. She did provide her License# 41238 LeeAnn Logan CVS Nacogdoches TX. It seems the was ALL she cared about was protecting her license. She did not seem to care how she made me feel at all. SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS and lacks or just does not care about the customers that keep her store operating. Lacks Empathy and any kind of Emotional Intelligence! Send this Pharmacy Manager back to school! Horrible!

This location is receiving two stars because the store front is a really good location. However, the pharmacy is the worst i have ever experienced. I have had off and on dealings with them for over ten years and I avoid them if at all possible. I temporarily stopped using CVS due to the poor customer service at this location. However, CVS in Houston I do not have these issues. The staff is very rude and are not accommodating. They do not care for the customer, and make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.

Rudest staff ever! Half the time they do not answer phone! Took 2 days to call them to find out they LOST MY PRESCRIPTION! Who do you complain to! All rude employees! There's no need to be THAT RUDE!

Wish I could give less stars. The lady that does the vaccines is rude and very unorganized! Waited almost 2 hours and she had the nerve to have an attitude!

What ever happened to customer service? Pharmacy employees are completely ignorant when it comes to manners. I was the only person in line and the kept looking up seeing me there and said nothing. When I finally said excuse me one of them rolled their eyes and said it will be a few minutes. When the tech finally came to help her response was what do you need. I let her know what I was picking up and she tapped on the computer and said were out of that never once making eye contact. I said how can that be I called this morning and spoke with a person who said let me check if we have that in stock. To make a long painful story short 45 minutes later left CVS without my prescription and now in need of blood pressure medicine. Use M&S if you live in Nacogdoches

Honestly if you run a pharmacy you should have more than just two people working. Waited an hour to just not get my perscription.

One of the managers Erin Bure When I began to checkout she asked to see my Id for the alcohol I was purchasing. I had it in hand ready to go. Erin did everything in her power to make me feel extremely embarrassed as if I was trying to "pull one over on her". She asked to see my friend's id that was with me because apparently this is "state law" when in fact it is simply store policy. The friend with me was not of age & was not even checking out with me. We just had seen each other & were walking around the store talking because that's what you do when you see someone you know. I asked Erin when I was able to come back & get the alcohol & she explained that if I waited around she would "call the police and have me arrested because I am trying to buy for a minor" she was extremely loud & making a scene. I was NOT buying alcohol for anyone but me. This high & mighty manager felt the need to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. I felt embarrassed & absolutely humiliated because of how she was acting. She was laughing & bobbing her head with tons of attitude & I expressed to her I thought her attitude was uncalled for & that she was being too dramatic. At the end of my transaction Erin handed me my receipt by saying "here is your dramatic receipt". Erin's lack of professionalism made me never what to shop at CVS again. As a long time valued customer, not only did I walk away without my beer, but I walked away embarrassed & extremely pissed off that an employee would cause a scene in such a manner.

I honestly wasn't expecting much, but I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the store as well as the friendliness of the cashiers. The photo center is located past the registers and the pharmacy is towards the very back of the store, and you'll find a wide variety of household and travel needs. They don't seem to get too terribly busy, so checkout is a breeze.

I had a csection 4 days ago (Thursday) and was discharged from the hospital 2 days later (on Saturday) My prescriptions were sent to cvs north street nacogdoches,tx but only one was filled. The other, they claimed, was out of stock but they would not transfer it to another pharmacy per our request so that I wasn't going home without my pain medicine. They wouldn't transfer them so I was sent home with no pain medicines after my 4th csection and tubal surgery. I also ended up having a leak from the spinal tap which caused excruciating headaches which I had to go back to the hospital to try to fix today on Monday so I went back to cvs since online, it said my prescription would be ready yesterday (Sunday). It was still not ready. I was told to come back around 5:30 or 6 to pick it up. Get there at 6:15 and still not ready. I finally received my pain medicine at 6:40pm December 18th. 2 1/2 days after I was discharged from the hospital.

Totally incompetent pharmacy. Pharmacist filled prescriptions for Allen, not Ellen. Created new CVS profile so they couldn't find my prescription and sent me to the drop off line so they could get my insurance info ( which hadn't changed!) THEN I had to get to the back of the pick up line to pick up my prescription. - which had to be reprocessed!! My advice - find another pharmacy!

When I had the flu last year, I had all my medicine sent there. I showed up an hour later to get it, waited in a long line, and finally got to the register and they said "Oh, it's not done yet. We're finishing up, so it'll be a few more minutes..." So I sat down and waited 15 minutes and finally got called to pick up the medications. Once I get up there and paid for EVERYTHING, the tech then says "Oh, by the way, we couldn't fill your tamiflu prescription. We are out." Are you kidding me?! I was so upset because out of everything, I needed that the most to knock out my flu! & she waited until AFTER I was done paying to tell me that they could fill it. That caused me an extra trip and wait time to go elsewhere to get it. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance to do better in the future.... Yesterday, I went to my doctor and I watched him send in my prescription at 3:30 pm. I finally got out of his office closer to 4 pm and I called to ask about the wait time. The employee notified me it was a 2.5 hour wait. I decided to check back today, on Tuesday, to try and get it. I finally went to pick up at 6:20 pm and they notified me that my prescription wasn't filled and it still wasn't. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I'm HIGHLY disappointed in this pharmacy. They will no longer have my business & I will let everyone I know be aware of how poor of a job they do!!!!!!!

The pharmacist named Martin is a pathetic excuse of a human being. I listened in anger as he yelled at my disabled 67 year old father over the phone. My father had a question about how to take a new heart medication because the directions were not clear on the bottle. Martin kept yelling ( yes yelled, I could hear from across the room ) at my father that he didn't have time for this and hung up on him. That is no way to treat another person. If Martin is too busy to do his job then maybe he needs to find another less demanding profession. I have now moved my family's medications to anorher pharmacy, which is a shame because the other employees have been nothing but kind and professional.

The customer service team, shift supervisors, and management that work the front end of this CVS are excellent! Truly some of the best people I have ever met. The customer service skills in the pharmacy are a bit lacking, but it can be expected with the high volume of prescription customers.

I love the people that work here. They are super friendly and helpful. This CVS is in such a great convenient location too.
