Today I had a bad experience with the manager. I have bought for a long time in this store. But today when I paid for my 3 products and started to put in my phone number, the manager didn't let me ask her why she didn't let me put in my number and she very rudely answered that she didn't want to when it was her fault because she didn't allow me to put in my discount. He told me to get back in line, oh, get out of my store, I'll call the police, I told him I'll report you, and he kept yelling at me. So if your store offers discounts on Saturdays and a manager “”with little patience and a horrible character is no good in a position like this.

I have been shopping in this store since it opened.. it has always been pretty decent.. When Dre Gabby and Hedi were there it seemed to be successful. But they left and it has been down hill since then they can’t keep a staff and they are closed more than they are open. At this point they might as well close permanently. Dollar General do better

I've been snowed in all last week here in Nacogdoches and was sent a western union from a distant relative...Nowhere in all of Nacogdoches had there's available from Krogers to Brookshire Bro's, Nowhere!Dollar General had there's up and going first and, because I'd never used Western union before the manager actually stepped outside and help me make the receivers process possible. Friends and Helpful!!!( And in a time of local high stress/weather disaster.)Hands down I give them 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆
