I've been shopping at Encore for going on three decades now, but just now have I felt compelled to write a review. Recently brought one of my guitarsenal in for some TLC, and holy smokes! Jason got my baby to sounding like a whole new (and different) instrument; the way it should be sounding. Great store and superb service!

This is the most customer friendly business I have ever dealt with. I drove 150 miles for them to work on my Martin and they done an exceptional job on it. Their knowledge of guitars is top notch. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do. Definitely worth the drive.
