Took car in on 7-27-24 for ac/heater blower motor. After $700 the employee said well it's still not blowing cold air but bring it back in a week if not doesn't work .... Do not bring your cars here!!!!

I’ve tried using services from this facility in the past and was not happy with previous experiences. However, this time, I was very pleased with the service I received. The rep that helped me, Tyler was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my experience and I will be a return customer now. Thanks.

I have learned to take Google reviews with a grain of salt… Reading some reviews make this place sound bad. My experience has never been negative at this location. I drive about 4k miles a month and am frequently in getting maintenance and service done on my vehicles. Michael is the manager, and is professional and courteous. I am not a mechanic, (I am a nurse) but he is able to explain and show me what needs repair, or work in a way I can understand. The techs are always friendly and helpful. I do suggest making appointments, because then I don’t have long wait times. This is the only place I trust for my auto needs. I have used Firestone for many years and trust their work.

I was very confused about the counter sales man lack of knowledge about the specials they were running. He also said he couldn't give me a veterans discount because I was already using specials. I wasn't sure if that was true.
All in all, the tires were changed and the oil is full.

Service was AMAZING! Manager was real informative about my vehicles needs for in the future. And the technician , Dawson Yioiuinikieir, was fast and fabulous ? ? ? ?. I do miss the long haired bearded white man!

My family was on a road trip and we got a flat tire. We called Firestone and talked with Michael who talked us through getting off the flat and putting on the spare. He and the technician, Steven, stayed 90 minutes after the shop closed to put on a new tire and get us back on the road. They were both friendly and extremely helpful. We praise God for them both!

I visited this location a week ago after experiencing a flat tire on my way home from college the previous afternoon. The location in Lufkin sent me over to Nacogdoches due to them not having my tire in stock. I was greeted in the most friendly and welcoming way when I walked into this location. They manager got me on the right track and informed me of things that might need some checking into in the future. They had my tire replaced and put back on the car in no time and took their time looking over everything else afterwards to make sure everything else checked out. I was met with no hesitation when asking questions and received knowledgeable answers with every single one. I look forward to returning here when I'm up for a new set of tires!

The service technicians at Nacogdoches North were a great example of honesty and integrity. We went there thinking we just had a flat tire and needed a new one put on and they discovered our flat tire was caused by a bullet which had also gone through our rim. A less honest or knowledgable vendor would have just sold us a tire and sent us on our way, but they sent us to a mechanic down the street that could replace our rim even though they might lose the sale for the tire. The vendor didn't have the tire we needed in stock and we would have had to wait two more days for one but we were able to buy the tire over the phone from Tyler and Michael at Firestone and get back home safe and sound.
