I've been going in there for years. The staff is nice and they have some nice merchandise. I've purchased used movies and have never had a problem with them.

Employee didn't really act like he wanted to help. I was looking for Zelda Nitendo Switch/ He just wanted to talk about how cool the Mario Bros one was but my son wanted Zelda. We ended up going somewhere else.

Staff was rude to my 7 year old son, we arrived a little before closing time, and made their selection. The staff member announced that it was now 6 o'clock and the store was closed, my son took his selection to the register, but the clerk said in a rude manner that the store was now closed and she wouldn't allow us to check out.

Gave me a disc that didn't work. I came back got a different game it worked fine but was scratched bad then a couple days later it stops working. I went back last night and saw they had another copy of the first game i got so i buy it come home and its the same copy from the first time they just put it back on the shelf. ?

Walked in and the women behind the register said, 'why would I talk yo a stranger" in reference to me after confusion on whether she was talking to me or a coworker. Then she and her coworkers also laughed at me and were overall unhelpful. Highly regret giving them my money.

My black husband walked up to the door at 11:58, and the white lady opening the store was opening the window gates. Instead of just unlocking the door and letting him in, she just pointed to the open sign that wasn't lit up yet. Literally 2 minutes!! That's fine, y'all just lost a sale.

I called to ask if they had screwdrivers that could take joycons apart, to which she responded “we do, but we don’t do repairs.” I said “that’s fine”, because I just need to replace a battery in mine and I can do that on my own, so I asked “how much are they,” to which they responded “they’re not for sale.” ?!?!?! Then what the hell was even the point of entertaining the question???

Spent 1 1/2 hours digging through their bulk cards only to turn out I found a card that was worth more then their bulk prices. Being that I had spent the time digging through cards they haven't bothered to check themselves to be nickel and dimed on them was ridiculous. No one knew they were in there until I discovered them and suddenly I'm expected to pay the price of a card in a binder. I'm unhappy to say I did their job for them and won't be returning. Be more thorough with bulk cards.
