Friendly worker that checked me out yesterday older lady but they are supposed to tell u the color etc.we wasn't greeted nor told the color of the week or day whatever, it's not a big deal to me but I know it is for some that go to look by color code this goodwill has really went down hill fast less u are shopping for baby cloths or night time cloths or dresses it's not worth going in anymore to be honest. They aren't carrying much. I also want to say center branch I'm highly disappointed in how yall do people that donate I dropped items ,i donated new shoes and cloths off like 3 months back as I was about to drive off I saw the lady who took my bag taken it to the dumpster because she thought i wouldn't see her so she didn't have to process it.now I take it to a local ministry in town that helps people, if u don't want to process or mess with donations don't take them it's pretty simple .that was 150 bucks worth of new cloths my kids never wore that she trashed someone could have used . Do better!

Highly disappointed, purchased this light box to help display business news but unable to since there was not light box. Was made aware that either manager or assistant manager put item out without checking contents of the box. So I’ve just purchased letters and need to find a new light box. Why is goodwill putting out half items and not labeling what is actually in the box?

I first visited this store during college decades ago. I have visited it over time to see it go through many changes. The staff they have today are the finest employees this organization has seen over the years. I stop by after work to see what is newly arrived that day, but also just to wind down from the stress of my job. The positive energy of the staff is better than finding a deal.

My review of five stars is really based on the employees I have interacted with both inside and outside the store. In particular, I have been very impressed with the customer service and pleasantness of those who help with unloading for donations. Just wanted to give a shout out!

I was in a few days ago and noticed that after an employee used the restroom there was smoke and a sweet smell in the air. As far as I knew goodwill, and most business, were a nonsmoking place, I find it crazy how downhill a business goes when they have lazy employees.

I have watched most Goodwill and other thrift stores go up tremendously in price. This Goodwill has not. It's small, but we'll kept, clean and fun to browse through. Staff are really nice.

Lucy is the best. She shine like the sun. Very helpful when you need to find anything. I'm disabled and she is really kind to the disabled. Love Lucy to the moon. VERY GOOD EMPLOYEE! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

The whole building smelled like poop. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, and there was human poop on the floor. The employees didn't seem to care. -5/5 stay away!

This store used to be so much better. Prices used to be reasonable but have generally doubled over the last few months. Still way better than the other FCC thrift store in town. Staff is nice for the most part depending on the person. The biggest issue for me was when I found out why they stopped selling console games among other items I enjoyed - they started putting them online to try and extract a larger profit! I donated a lot of stuff to this store over the past few years and now I regret it because I didn’t realize I’ve been supporting these types of practices. I wanted my donations to benefit the local community, but so much for that. Choosing to sell online rather than in their own community to try to compete with sites like eBay is very upsetting to many people including myself. I used to love this store so long ago, now I will be shopping here less and less and will not donate anything here in the future as long as these practices continue.

TBH I called this morning to verify the store hours, being that the time is 9 AM I found it pleasing whenever the lady answered within 3 rings and confirmed the store would be open at 10 AM. I don't know why, but her answering the phone before the store even opens is a uncommon in most occasions and I give the store five stars in their customer service as well; has always been pleasant.
