The management was very professional, communicative, and understanding of logistics required to conduct maintenance on a very busy parking lot. Payment was also very prompt. “Im new to Nacogdoches and I haven't worked out for... forever. Im really out of shape. I was worried about CrossFit gyms initially because Im short, fat, uncoordinated and kind of useless. Im so glad I joined and got the courage up to go in! It's such a welcoming environment and people are so friendly. I'm perpetually embarrassed by myself, but I don't feel it there.
