The service is fantastic and some of the people are friendly. I never feel like I'm going to be cheated and my car runs better on their tires especially with nitrogen. I don't have to worry about fluctuation in the pressure.

Absolute, hands down the BEST TIRE store in Nacogdoches. They are HONEST, dependable, affordable and stand behind their sales My husband buys ALL his farm tires and has repairs down there. As a female, they treat me with courtesy and respect and give me the BEST price. I know they truly care about their customers and as down-home folks, they work like their business depends on their customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the way they take care of people. I’m proud of this business because they are one of the main reasons Nacogdoches is a wonderful place to live. Thank you to Greg and Frank for being outstanding business men !!! We are proud of you!

Helped me out early yesterday morning when my tire had gone flat. I had already had this tire patched before a few years back due to a nail. Turns out there was a gash in my tire that was unfixable due to the size, so I needed a new tire, but their prices were a lot better than what I was expecting! Was a little bit of a wait, about an hour, but it was a Saturday and there were already a few people ahead of me, so that is no fault on them! Really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

My dad only does business here and it's because they are always on top of things. They may seem a bit more expensive but they back up their service and do care about customers safety and satisfaction.

A year ago, I took my truck in for a tire rotation. One of the bolts that hold my center cap of my wheel was over torqued and snapped off. I asked them what they would do to fix this and their response was "we aren't a machine shop". I took the wheel to a machine shop and had it fixed costing me $80. Fast forward a year later to this morning, I bought my wife a new set of tires and took them to Herman power to have them mounted and balanced. I reminded the guy at the front desk about the problem I had a year ago.I returned after the mount and balance only to find they decided not to install the center caps on her wheels. When I asked him why he said "well you brought in your own tires anyway" and just kind of shrugged it off. This company will never get my business again. That's twice I've used them and twice they couldn't handle or chose not to handle center caps on custom wheels. Pathetic. Bad business and bad customer service.
