“(This is kind of long but I have to give you part of the story so you understand)

We are from lufkin and unfortunately, the lufkin gamestop employees working the afternoon of March 12, 2026 were extremely rude and unwilling to work with us or offer any possible solutions when it came to our consoles trade ins. They were both in excellent condition. My husband remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction and simply asked if there was any possible way we could keep our kids specialty controllers while completing the purchase of two xbox s. So basically trade the controllers. Instead of receiving assistance, we were met with dismissive attitudes and unprofessional behavior. Because of this experience, we chose to leave the store and take our business elsewhere. Which is how we ended up at Nac gamestop. The gentlemen working went above and beyond to not only help us but everyone in the store. He was extremely busy but still made the time for each customer. If he didnt know the amswer he found it out. Which was unlike lufkin they had one other person in the store besides us. Anyways I recommend Nac gamestop over Lufkin.”
