“I made a review saying there were termites in a previous room, by the time we had come back (2 days) he had pest control come out & spray for everything. He called & asked if he could upgrade our room & was super nice about everything.”
“Clean rooms, friendly staff. They could use some softener on the towels. Pool was clean and open! They even have a BBQ pit and picnic tables. Breakfast was good. Yogurt, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage, bread n muffins, cereal. No freezer in the room fridge, but had a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. All in all, not a bad stay. I think it looks better than most hotels in town. Probably be my choice when visiting my kid at SFA. Only thing is construction, building the I69 corridor makes you go past and u turn if going north. And uturn to resume going north into town.”

“Good morning 🙏 everyone I just want to give credit for a complete staff at the Comfort Inn &Suites in Nacogdoches Tx.They were very efficient and very responsive and I as watch the environment it was flowing very professional and very respectful. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very professional. Special thanks and congrats to Mrs.Amber(AGM) for her dedication to making sure every guest including my family were getting the best stay at the hotel.Upon arriving Mrs.Redd was very professional and very persistent in helping me and other guests be welcomed to the hotel and to assist to get all of our pacific needs according to our each and individual situation.
