“My daughter had recently gotten her ears pierced and one of the studs came out. I called around and couldn’t find anyone in Lufkin that had the labret jewelry that she had but Primal did so we drove out to Nac. The person who helped us (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was amazing! She was very sweet and helpful and very knowledgeable about the piercing jewelry and was able to fix my daughter’s piercings quickly and was so gentle. My daughter is happy with her new star earrings and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“Staff were neat! Yesterday, I brought a diamond ring I had purchased previously in New York to Rees for repair because the diamond had become loose. They repaired it for free!
I also purchased an 18k gold pendant for a really good price. (It isn’t engraved 18k or 750 like other jewelry I have, so I will test it soon. If it’s really solid gold, what a deal!) We’ll be back to Rees for sure.”
