Great folks to work with. They recovered my wife's car after my daughter was involved in a bad crash from a distracted driver.

Great friendly and prompt professional work. Kris Stone delivered me and my “blown-out tire” car to Discount Tire on a hot sweltering day with a smile. Thanks to Kris and AAA service!Service: Tires

Wow, just a fantastic experience! Our Equinox was dead. I took the battery to AutoZone and they tested it saying it was 96% and a solid charge and suggested it was the alternator. I even tried to jump it with cables to a Tundra. No dice. Called AAA and Jinkins promptly showed up. He was able to boost it and had it pulled on his flatbed. He gets out and before he even attempts to secure the car he tells me immediately it isn’t the alternator and it’s the battery. He even showed me that disconnecting the negative terminal while it was running was a sure test. If it dies immediately, it’s the alternator. If it continues to run, it’s the battery. So, took out the battery again and went up to O’Reillys (no love for AutoZone after that) and swapped out the battery. Installed it and it starts right up.He was such a professional and wrote it up as a jump start since I decided to trust his experience and replace the battery myself (as I intended the first time). No tow needed!I would use Jinkins in a heartbeat. We need more humans like this one.

Stopped by with a problem with my injection coils. Even though the mechanic wasn't there, I was quickly helped and a problem diagnosed and solved. Thanks again!

Very promp and professional. I had my vehicle towed to my property, when I paid Chanse, he saw I had an $20 extra in the payment, and immediately told me I had overpaid. Very honest, and cheaper than others. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Jinkins was able to tow my truck and install a new alternator in record time. EXCELLENT service and value. I thought the whole day was lost and they had me on my way to work in less than 2 hours. Thank you for your help!

Jinkins tows for AAA and during a call for a tow the driver thought it was smart to cut my belt with HIS pocket knife and drive away leaving me partially blocking the road on the loop with a 3 yr old child. I drove as far as I could with no power steering and apparently my car overheated. My car is damaged. As a tow truck driver you have one simple job, pick up the car and deliver the car, according to AAA terms of service, you did not. NEVER use Jinkins for anything!!! EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT, Bobby Jinkins called me today, he seems like a good person, and I genuinely don't think he was fully aware of everything that happened, maybe didn't know why or even if the driver cut the belt, but he offered to fix my car, and since I already bought all the parts I will furnish them. I think that is a fair outcome. I never had anything exp with the auto repair there so this was never a review on that. From what I read he does good work.

You are a hack. Called AAA to get my car TOWED not hacked on. Your driver claims I asked him to cut the belt, why would I do that? with a tow truck already on the scene ready to load? Yea let me see if I can make it home with no belt, no power steering, no AC, no engine cooling....yea I asked for that, come on man!!! You were too damned lazy to load the car, you came out the second time and asked me what was wrong, CLUELESS, then you again started my car KNOWING it had engine damage at that point, you knew the engine sustained damage, I told you!!! and you loaded it on the truck by driving it on there, on top of that you had me get up on the flatbed and unload it. I hope Bobby reads this, this driver is a liability and accident waiting to happen. You don't load a car with a damaged engine onto the truck under its own power, you don't suggest that the owner back it off the flatbed while you sit in the cab. Whatever you thought the problem was with the motor, you thought WRONG, just because a motor starts does NOT mean nothing is wrong, if you do go drain the oil from yours and start it. You never assume a car is safe to drive home and safe to load under its own power. TWO fock ups in one day. You gone pay for it!!! Oh yes, one way or another.

They have been pretty trustworthy this far and if they cant fix the problem, they will refer you to someone that can rather than cause a bigger problem.
