This store needs to be closed down. They act like they didn’t want to cook any chicken. I stood at the counter forever. They seen me standing there and no one came to help me. So I just walked out of the establishment. Guess I’ll keep driving to lufkin Texas, where they don’t mind working.

Went through drive through, ordered an 8 piece and was told they couldn't give me an 8 piece but I could order something else. Why wouldn't a restaurant that specializes in chicken not have chicken!!!!

Went to the store in Nacogdoches on Thursday to order the 20 dollar deal they where out of chicken went back yesterday to get the same thing they were out of chicken again. How is it that a chicken joint runs out of chicken something wrong with that.

Ordered a3 piece orginal mash potatoes and ice tea with a biscuit told drive thru worker make sure it's correct yes she said got home to a discussing find not original chicken cold and hard dried out all pieces biscuit hard just terrible I'll never eat there again and will inform my friends and coworkers to to the same I honestly feel it should be closed down poor management poor workers and poor service their shouldn't be a star on the survey period I'm greatly dissatisfied 2 thumbs down

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 famous bowl meals with no corn and extra gravy. After the woman got a attitude about me asking for extra gravy and having to explain it to her twice she told me to pull forward. Never ask for a drink or if I wanted a cookie with my meal or not. Which it is suppose to come with. We get to the window I tell them I never got ask what drinks I wanted. Got that taken care of and get my bowls and they are all corn and mash potatoes and 2 pieces of chicken with extra corn. Called them 4 times and never answered. Do not recommend going here.

Me and my family where leary and hadn't been in a minute. Upon going today it was a great experience. service could use a bit of help. But food was awesome.

Save the time and money and just go to Popeyes. Sooooo much better than this trash. To me the service is half of the atmosphere. Drive thru is fast. I have not got an order correct yet. I get the famous bowl, no corn and add a biscuit. The woman at the window today did NOT love her job today and had some kind of attitude. They gave me corn. I don’t go back in because I do not have enough time. They forget the biscuit every single time. The bowl when ordered at any other place loads it with chicken and fills the bowl. This bowl has one scoop of mashed potatoes and 4 nuggets. KFC in nacogdoches is a joke. The people are rude and the food is not work the money. I’d rather get a burger next door. I hope something changes. I miss the old day guys.
