Horrible experience my nails hurt from how short he cut my nails and how many cuts he gave me …. Feet are nowhere near soft. Overall I’ll simply never visit nor recommend this place **update 2025: after this experience I have had a nail infection that has been horrible and painful to cure. They should shut this place down 😭

Horrible service, went and got a pedicure it was the fastest pedicure ever. I was done in 15 minutes. I also asked if she could remove the excess polish from around my toe nails and she just looked at me!!

Please do not wast your time going there. I walked in Kim was rude and Her husband I asked for a pedi and manicured the manicured I could have done it myself. The pedicure husband says there's no hot water when I complained about the water was cold he shouted at me saying no hot water. I got up and left paid for manicure only. I do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I came 50 minutes before closing time and I wanted to get my pedicure done I was choosing the color I wanted and the guy rudely told me to leave to go somewhere else! I asked the owner if that was right and she told me really calm that they were closing early to come back tomorrow ! This is not the first time that Mrs Kim’s son is rude to me but I think she needs to read reviews and take care of her rude son I just keep coming back because I like how Tina does my pedicure ?

This place is not the place to go. My friends nails look nothing like the pictures and we wasted money. They charged her 20 dollars for gems on her nails. Sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes before I was even helped.

I went for fill and pedicure…She started stripping my nails off with tips ripping my nails to shreds. She got to my little finger me telling her she was hurting me. She rip whole nail off causing much bleeding. I asked her to please stop. I would not recommend taking my dog here.Service: Pedicures

Terrible nail salon, I never write reviews but I had to this time, based on my experience. Very rude staff, the place was nearly empty when I came in around 1:15 pm on a Friday and it was like having a customer was annoying to them. Kim was filing off my shellac and really hurt me, I said, "Ouch!" Loudly and she continued working, never apologized or anything. I'm a firm believer in, if you don't like your job, to find a new career. Originally, I wanted to redo my shellac but after their rudeness I told her to just put a clear coat so I could hurry up and get out of there. I'm a guest here in Nacogdoches and I wish I'd spent my money elsewhere.

I wanted the color changed on 2 nails. The guy there refused to do it, saying he will change them all or none. You can’t MAKE ME do anything. They will never get a red cent from me.
