***These people at Klines do NOT keep track of the packages- go to the UPS STORE in Lufkin because Lufkin will print you a receipt!!!*** Being that I live in Nacogdoches & order from Amazon very frequently, it just makes sence to come here to do a return when it needs to be UPS, since the Post Office doesn't accept FedEx nor UPS. So I placed TWO boxes on the counter. The man looked at them & said Yep we'll take these! I said thank you & left. A few days later, I got my refund for 1 of the boxes. But it's been half a month & I still have not received my refund for the 2nd box. Every single day I check Amazon, it says I have not even dropped the item off!!! I am furious!!!! I came back here to explain what's going on & was basically told that they can't help me, kinda like- too bad so sad. Well screw yall!!! From now on. I PROMISE I'll be taking ALL my package to the UPS STORE at 3009 S John Redditt Dr E, Lufkin, TX 75904 where they will PRINT me a receipt!!! Have a life as bad as your customer service!!!

A lamination mistake was done I understand that, but apparently staff new about it and didn't tell me. I live 30 mins away and caught the mistake before I left town.
Something was going on with the lamination machine and they couldn't redo the order correctly. I ask to pick the order up tomorrow for them to do the job properly but they tried their best with what they had and gave me the laminatons. Staff was friendly but unfortunately the lamination did not look the best.
Lamination order was scrolled up neatly with a rubber band. I got to walmart and started cutting and saw that two images overlapped. No big deal just a mistake so I called and they said they would redo it for free. They were friendly and respectful about it. When I was walking aroud the store I hears some said that the machine did something wierd and misaligned the images. So they knew that the job was not done proberly and turned it in that way without telling anyone else. So afterthag the staff came back and said that the lamination machine wasn't working at the moment. Then someone else stepped in and said to use extra pieces from a previous project. When she handed them to me she said they had bubbles and she could try to fix them by running it through the machine again. I told her if I could come back tomorrow when the machine was working for it to properly laminate the images. She looked at me with an expression saying it wasn't possible. She went ahead and ran it through the machine again but it was no different.
My first problem is that the staff who did the order noticed the mistake and did not tell me about it. Second problem is they wouldn't wait to redo the order the next day when the lamination machine was properly working.

I've shipped multiple packages out of this facility in the last week. The people working there are friendly, they seem to know what they're doing, I have no issues with using them again and again.

IF YOU SEND SOMETHING IN THIS STORE ASK FOR A RECEIPT. PORK YO I came to send a phone that I bought on Amazon. I delivered it here and they never sent it or scanned the tracking # that Amazon gave me. The phone is still there with them or it is lost. I do not know. What I know is that they never sent that phone and I lost almost $500 dollars of what it cost.

Blonde haired lady and young blonde haired boy are extremely rude. No one greeted me. He ignored me all together and she just raised her eyebrows at me as to say what. I was faxing a paper. She handed me the cover sheet and walked away. The boy then acted as if I was wasting his valuable time and scoffed around the office. I also asked the lady if I could pay with card and was then told they couldn’t take card if purchase was under $3 - AFTER SENDING FAX. That’s why I asked before…Very rude, will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.

I've lived in the Nacogdoches area for 2 years and as an eBay seller I ship lots of packages. I LOVE Kline's because I can take all my packages there: USPS, UPS and FedEx! And if I need a particular box or packing materials, they have it.I estimate that I've been there and used their services at least 25 times, and I've only had 1 minimally negative experience, which I chalked up to a personality clash, NOT racially motivated.Almost every time I go in, I am greeted by several smiling cheerful faces, and treated to superior customer service. The owner/manager is almost always visible from the front counter and seems to keeps close tabs on what's going on at the counter and in my experience, he, too is always cheerful and helpful. IMHO, this is the ideal business model of customer service!
