Seriously, how do you screw up a pharmacy. My one prescription is never in stock, usually takes 4 days to get them in. The doctors in Nac can't figure out how to send a simple order, and this place can't fill it. Every month. Moving my prescription out to another pharmacy today, I can only take so much ignorance.

Always a issue with getting your meds(specifically narcotics) it's like they fill prescriptions by what mood there in,I asked for the names of everyone working on 12/20/22 around 12:30 including the pharmacist and was denied that also. Yes I got upset & screamed through my son phone and I don't apologize for it because I've witnessed other customers having the exact same experiences. And they don't answer the phones most of the time so after the Store supervisor never came to the phone I decided to review. KROGER Pharmacy North street Nacogdoches

Great place, everything you need and really clean place, but I haven't been to a Kroger that hasn't been awsome.

Like most retail around here, service at this Krogers is horrible. Maybe this Krogers would be more motivated if there was an HEB nearby? I'm not saying Krogers is worse than all the other stores (grocery and pharmacy), but it is often a dismal experience. I keep returning only because I'm from Cincinnati, where their stores are better to everybody. Too bad I have to give one star to get this posted.

I have been trying to give Kroger the benefit of the doubt since COVID happened, but unfortunately nothing seems to be changing. Wait times are terrible, prescriptions take days to refill, and I am often waiting for the phone to be picked up after it ringing and ringing for 5 minutes. I understand that they have had lots of staffing issues, but this has been going on for way too long and they need to figure it out. I am going to CVS from now on because Kroger is very unreliable and does not meet my low expectations.

This pharmacy is sorely lacking. They will not answer the phone! If you go in there are always long lines. When you finally get your turn your prescriptions may be ready, maybe not. If they cannot keep up they need to hire more help!

Always a super long wait to get my prescription every time I go in. My doctor called in my prescription a day before I went in and it wasn’t ready. The drive thru is never open. Expect to triple your time waiting when you arrive.

Will not answer phone!! Called to see if they had prescriptions filled for me to pick up that doctor prescribed for Covid snd lungs. They said it showed not to have been sent yet. I come home to give it time to be processed, and several hours have gone by now they will NOT answer the phone. I just want to verify before getting back out, I don’t feel good at all. Bad customer service!!!

I have severe nerve damage that makes walking unbelievably painful.. #1 reason for choosing Kroger pharmacy, they have a drive thru.. oh wait, not anymore. So I not only have to park and go inside to pick up my scripts but I also have to go in to drop them off... each time the amount of time involved was ridiculous.Pharmacy employee, Robin is so unprofessional and rude too... literally rolled her eyes at me when she complained that she didn't hear me telling her something important about my scripts.... turns out she has been working there for years... sad!!

There’s always a line no matter what time I come in and it always takes at least 30 minutes to get my prescription. They also take a day or more to fill prescriptions and isn’t the best to deal with when it’s an emergency.
