Lowes hardware and home improvement is the place in Nacogdoches to shop for home improvement needs. I was shopping for a plumbing faucet spring and washer. The package I purchased came as a set of two. They were however different sizes. The sink faucet knobs that were recommended as the only other knobs available do not fit. I'm having trouble believing they are the only other knobs available due to Lowes varied inventory. The person that helped me was friendly and fast. She stopped what she was doing to ensure I found the correct washers The faucet knobs, however, I will need to revisit.

DO NOT BRING OLD CRAFTSMAN TOOLS HERE THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THEM IF IT IS NOT THE EXACT MODEL. Waited 45 minutes to replace 1/4 ratchet and they would not replace.

I've been shopping for years at this location with no problems. Purchased ovens, dishwashers, washer and dryers and refrigerators with no issues. I paid cash for a refrigerator and the delivery fee, even verified the address twice over the phone. The delivery drivers came out but they couldn't find my house.. This time they even said the road was flooded. My road from the main highway as well as home are on top of a hill, there are no low places to flood. We spoke on the phone and they said they would be at my house in 20 minutes. They're just covering their tracks with lies. The other deliveries had no problems. I won't purchase a bag of mulch from this place again.

Nacogdoches Lowe's is the best in the East Texas Area! The employees and management are so helpful! Although I am from the Lufkin area, it is worth the drive to do business with the Lowe's in Nacogdoches. Thank you Dustin for your help and being a calm and caring person!
