David sucks his Indian guy act like he can’t comprehend how to do his job VERY RUDE says he couldn’t help with transfer pin when I know he can call DSG and help get in to my account that way they can access my account by asking questions & then tells me we’ll show me how to do my job then like bro you really wanna try it step outside clock tf out I swear mf at metro act like they untouchable like dude it didn’t even have to go that far but you wanna act like a girl have a attitude for what !! ?? & the other girl who look like diary of the whimpy kid tryda get loud like girl be made at your reflection & find some help ??

Charged 200$ to switch to Metro, 1 line and (supposed to be) unlimited home internet but we were put on a metered plan that cut off in 2days after paying for the whole month. Went back and forth with guy at the store and Metro customer service for 3 days trying to get my plan canceled or fixed. Nightmare!

Very highly unprofessional. Was told to bring to a device back that I purchased back on November 24, 2023. Area manager who claims to be Sam(Indian guy) stated that the is over 15 days! 15th day to be exact was December 9th! They’ll over charge you make sure to ask for a receipt. Customer service stated the same thing

I had an issue with my phone and was frustrated but the guy in store calmly helped me and fixed my problem. Definitely better than metro stores in houston.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAIT IN LINE FOR 10 MINUTES, OWNERS AND WORKERS SEEN ME BUT NEVER GREETED ME BUT KEPT MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH ME. SO I LEFT AND WENT TO METRO ON NORTH ST. CLEANER AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
