I paid $422 for replaced neon transformer,and few months the sign not working,I called them so many many time but until now 2 months already nobody come fix it ,every time I call the lady told me "we are so busy and your name on the list " I don't know until ever they can service for me .I don't recommen someone use this company.so bad

We have all of our sign work done by Monday Sign Service. They are always prompt and they have always done quality work. Monday Signs stay extremely busy but they always take care of their hometown customers. We always recommend them to other businesses. In this small town that we live in your reputation is everything, and Jason and crew have a great one. Their signs are quality and their customer service is unbeatable. Great company to work with !

UNPROFESSIONAL! BEWARE! It took almost a month to get the measurements of our signs sent to our manufacture and when the sign arrived at the shop, no one notified us that it had arrived. When I asked the manufacture the hold up on the delivery they stated that the sign had been sent over 6 weeks weeks prior. No one at the shop was aware that it was there. I then could not get get a hold of Jason the owner for 3 months to get an install date or was told he would call me back when his schedule would clear up. When he was ready to install, he stated a different price from what he had initially quoted. TWICE AS HIGH! After months of going back and forth, we decided to go with another installer. When I went to pick up the sign, it was outside on the gravel bent over a wood frame. The cardboard container was cracked and the face plates exposed. When our employees went to pick it up with a trailer the following week, he refused to turn over the sign without being compensated for RENT! He threatened us with a pipe, used profanity and used RACIAL slurs! Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional.
