Racist, abusive, unclean and rude as rude can get. Will charge you for every tiny little thing. If you want to feel cared for and comfortable, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Overpriced! Two nails fell off 2 days after I got them done at this place.

Came in to get a full set & my toes done. I was prepared to be there a while but no where near as long as it took. When I got there, I was the only customer in there. I would have definitely given 1 star, but my nail technician nailed my ombré acrylics and they were exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, I had to wait about 10 minutes before he started on my toes because he was looking at his phone. When he was working on my toes, he kept stopping every like 30 seconds or more frequently to play Candy Crush. It look twice as long as it should have if not more. I also felt like it was pricey for what I got- especially considering the lack of professionalism. There really is no excuse for someone playing a game on their phone while you are paying them to do a service. I will not be back.

I used to go here allllll the time and they used to be amazing!! They have definitely went downhill, the man that did my dip powder not only had a dirty station but he was also more focused on his phone than he was doing my nails..so not only did he do poorly but he also cut half my nail cause he just had to read the message on his watch. The dip powder was put on way to thick on some my nails and so thin on others that it completely detached from my nail only 2 days later and fell off! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but something has got to give Nails 2000!! I miss the old place that took care of their clients... :(Service: Dip powder

I have gone to many okay nail salons in my life, but I have to say that Nails 2000 is the absolute best of them all. Teresa was so friendly and did a wonderful job on my finger and toe nails. My nails turned out just the way I wanted them. I couldn’t be happier!

I've never had a great nail experience in Nacogdoches. But, this place was awful.Staff was so short, rude, and direct. I can't begin to tell you how ugly the main woman was acting. After I was told to go to a station she told me to go back to the front and wait. Then 40 seconds later I was walked back to the same spot I was at originally. The staff was making fun of a client that seemed to have dementia and was giggling at her being so confused.I wanted my acrylics off and a manicure so I wouldn't have bad looking fingers from all the drilling and acetone. The man who did my nails went through the motions of getting my fake nails off then just says "Done!"My hands are a salons walking business card. How would you just forget I needed them manicured after you tore them up? They treated me and the other guests there like an inconvenience. My nails have never looked worse. I was embarrassed to pay $12 to have them removed.I get my nails done twice a year for a treat. Some women get their nails done even less and just want a relaxing day and to feel a little more beautiful. This business took that away.

I selected a color from the color wheel. That is not the color used. I think they see a shade of pink selected then go get any pink they have...not even close to what I chose. The pedicure procedure and outcome though, very well done. Next, a shellac manicure. Still using a shade of pink....not what I selected but a shade of that color, we began. Something used in the Shellac process caused a severe allergic reaction in my fingers. My fingers burned and itched so severely that I needed Benadryl...which I did not have. Never experienced this reaction to nail products...EVER. Again, the outcome was excellent...in a shade of pink I did not pick. Afraid to go back because of the SEVERE reaction to an unknown and obviously inferior product used in the Shellac process. Beware. Bottom line: Colors not accurate and products used in process seem to be inferior. Outcome excellent but a scary process to get there. Not for me.

I have been getting pedicures for 20 years and had probably the worst pedicure/service of my life here. The salon was crowded, but they sat me right away. When the nail tech began, she was clearly rushed, aggravated, careless, and trying to do the pedicure as quickly as possible. She barley touched my toes, and when she was trimming my cuticles she was being very aggressive and careless with the clippers. I asked her if she could be more gentle, that the jabbing was painful, and her response was "that's not true." She massaged my feet and calves for maybe a combined 90 seconds. I know they were busy but I would have much rather had them ask me to wait or come back later than give me such an awful experience.

They should have a price list posted! I got the basic pedicure and an overlay and ended up paying $100 before a tip
