Seems he prays upon folks with family heirlooms. At a set price of $295 no matter if a simple cleaning, I would fear what a real repair would cost.

They fixed family heirloom clock, but it just needed cleaning--cost was $300. Too high, but I didn't want to take it to the metroplex (I'm in Tyler.) I was greeted with: "Always remove the weights before moving a cuckoo clock." Sorry, but I wasn't a clock repairman--just a professional with an advanced degree, so I didnt know.

I bought a grand father clock in Houston 25 years ago and brought it with me when I moved to East Texas. The chimes quit working correctly on the hour. Mr. Baker drove all the way from Nacogdoches to Henderson, picked up my clock, took it back to his shop in Nacogdoches, completely rebuilt the interior clock works and even replaced the hairline crack in the face plate and delivered the clock back to me and it works perfectly! This gentleman really is a professional. Do not hesitate to call him!!

Mr. Baker was definitely an expert. He talked us through all options for repair or replacement of the movement on our clock. If I am ever looking for I clock I will go here first.
