Pilgrim's Processing Plant has had varied experiences. Some visitors had a quick experience, being in and out in just over an hour. However, others had to wait, with one visitor arriving at 1 pm for a 4 pm appointment and finishing at 10:00 pm. The plant's entrance is on University Street, not MLK. Limited street parking is available, and the parking situation is a problem. The staff are nice, and the plant is tidy. Signage and directions need improvement, with small "Trucks Only" signs on the roadside. Visitors can park at the nearby TA while waiting.

Worst company 24 hours took to get unloading don’t bring a load here

Plan on sitting there on the street all damn day waiting on a call for a door. Then get loaded and have to park on the street again and wait hours for your paperwork. Ridiculous!!!

Wow expedite load for a hurry hot shipment yet already been an hour and told to just sit and wait. Would you feel the same if I told you call me at the truck stop when its ready?
