I recently switched over to Suburban Propane for both my poultry farm and my residential house, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

Buddy has been incredibly responsive and professional. He came by personally to check the site, helped me plan for the right size tanks for both the farm and my home, and followed through on every detail. At the farm, we replaced all the tanks, and he made sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. At my residential house, Buddy recommended a larger tank (500-gallon) because we use a lot of propane — our heater, fireplace, water boiler, stove, and other appliances all run on propane. With a 3,200 sq ft house and a family that cooks a lot, this change made a big difference, and I really appreciate his foresight.

Miranda was also amazing to work with — she helped me through the credit check and account setup quickly, even while I was in a meeting and couldn’t talk by phone. She gave clear instructions and got everything finalized without delays.
