Chad on the Internet team offered us less than half of the Kelly Blue Book value for the car we tried to sell them. Then he got indignant when I called him out for being unfair. Refused to buy the car at that point saying they wanted everyone to be happy. That's complete BS of course. Do not recommend doing business with their internet team!

Service department was awful. I had a service appointment for Monday afternoon. They didn’t get to it until Tuesday before they closed to figure out what was even wrong. They have no communication. I called and called, left voicemails. It’s impossible to talk to the service advisor unless he decides to call you back. Then after they put in a new battery and replaced the belt (that took 3 days) they said the check engine light was on and they could replace the part for that issue. I was told it would be ready Friday afternoon. Here comes Friday and I’ve texted and called and of course no one responds. I had to show up to talk to a service advisor and amazingly my car was ready within 10 minutes. I’ve now been home 20 minutes and my check engine light is now on. $750 later and it’s apparently still not fixed. Won’t be going back. For service or for a new car. I’m very understanding of you can simply communicate with me. But now not only did I have to go above and beyond to simply talk to someone, but I’ve paid a lot of money for my car to not be completely fixed.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The salesperson Justin was excellent and I was really looking forward to sealing the deal until the price of the SUV came back at more than $10k than what was listed on a website. I had previously confirmed that the modest price tag was correct due to "dings" in the vehicle body. The manager said that the internet price was a mistake....if I'd known that upfront, I would not have wasted my time traveling to the dealership.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I am SO SORRY I EVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE HERE.The sales and finance people were OK but the service department is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Unless you want to wait 2 hours when you get there first thing Saturday morning for an oil change. Also, I had a HORRIBLE experience today when I brought in the car to see if my tire was covered under warranty. I brought it in at 8 am when they opened and the "service zombie" tells us it may be later in the morning before we could get an answer. We said fine. What he didn't tell us was that there were several people ahead of us and that it would take 5 1/2 hours to get an answer, which was no. He didn't tell us there was only one service tech on duty and that it would take that long. We came back at 9 am after calling Hyundai because they told us we would be refused. I asked for the keys and the "service zombie" tells us it won't be much longer and to leave the car there. I call 3 1/2 HOURS later at 12:30 and I can't get through to the service department so I have to give the dealership receptionist a message and she seems a.little annoyed that I called twice. He finally calls me back at 12:55 and says we can have an answer by 1:30. He calls at 1:30, 5.5 hours after we had come in the first time and says the answer is no. I chewed him out on the phone and said I was coming to get my car and when I got there he said I would need to wait and sign something before he would give me back the keys. He made me wait again. I have never had such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. They need to fire him or he needs to retire because he doesn't know how to deal with people. I had to raise my voice just to get him.to give me the paper he insisted I sign after having waited half a day. Then I had to find a tire place that was open to get a new tire.
