Six OBDs had been used on my truck and too much money spent in failed attempts to diagnose and repair it. We took it to Scott and received a call in less than two hours that it was fixed.
Incredible skill and knowledge! He's my go to repairman for sure.

Just got off the phone. Only asked if he could diagnose my car's PCM (engine computer). He didn't really understand what I was asking. The car is throwing trouble codes that point to a failing PCM. I.e, several PCM-controlled circuits have failed at the same time.
Anyways, he started raising his voice and getting pretty loud. A little disappointed and definitely wouldn't trust someone that angry to take care of my car.

I brought my Outback in after hearing a persistent noise in my back tire and they got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. They confirmed it was a worn bearing and didn’t try to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs.
The repair was done quickly and my car has been running very smooth and quiet ever since. Clear communication, fair pricing, and overall professionalism.
Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable, no-nonsense auto service.

If you need help with your car, Scott's is the place! I'm a college student, so my car breaking down, the radiator of all things, was pretty stressful, especially when every other person in Nacogdoches was unhelpful and would turn me away without any resources. Scott went above and beyond when I came to him overwhelmed. He even drove me home so I didn't have to walk after dropping my car off. My car is as good as new, and it was done very quickly (dropped it off and got it back in a day). Thank you, Scott!!

TERRIBLE customer service not friendly at all very snarky & rude . Went in for Ac issue went pick up every light on my dash was on. He told me god bless good luck ! I have never left a shop so pissed off then he lied saying the lights were on before I came which was a LIE only issue I had was the AC . DONT RECCOMEND !

Was very rude and kept talking over me several times while I tried to ask a questions. May be a great mechanic, but poor customer service.

Really good people here! I’ve been in the road 4 months now and stopped over in this town for a few nights. I brought my truck in to be looked at and they saw me right away. Really great customer service and kindness. Totally recommend anyone needing car work done to come here :)

Scott did an excellent job on my truck AC. The compressor was seized up and tore up the serpentine belt. Estimated 3 days to fix, but he sourced the parts and finished in 1 day! Good person, good mechanic, I highly recommend!

Scott's a great mechanic and an awesome guy. He has fixed large and small issues, and even given me some advice about used vehicles I was test driving. He is honest and competent, and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!

This gentleman is knowledgeable, honest and straight forward to the point. I couldn't ask for better if I paid for better. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywheres else in Nacogdoches but to Scott's Auto Service.

Scott met us for an early morning appointment to diagnose our auto’s problem and give us an estimate. Within an hour Scott had isolated the issues and had an estimate. His work was spot on and the repairs completed on time.
