One thing then have a discussion and change their mind. I had done business long time and never thought I have been treated this way......you all have not been warned about how they operate.

The staff is so wonderfully kind. When you walk in there's a happy, positive energy and there's also fun stuff to look at & buy too. Super convenient being directly across from the hospital as well. Thanks for a great experience Stripling's

The best independent pharmacy in town! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. Having lived in Nacogdoches for 26 years, I wouldn't fill my prescriptions anywhere else.

I have used Striplings 4 times since the Medicine Shop closed. Customer service was not what not at all what I expected.
While on the phone I transferred by one employee and then was hung up on by the second because I guess was asking too many questions and they were maybe too busy to be bothered? Or they dont like it when you ask why? I wasn’t being rude or argumentative.
If they were that busy a simple I cant stay on the phone any longer but I can talk to you when you pick up your scripts would have been a great solution for both of us.
But from now on I’ll make it easy on them and take my business elsewhere.

A relationship with a pharmacist and a pharmacy should be as close as your physician and I can honestly say ours with Stripling’s Pharmacy in Nacogdoches is!Polite and respectful employees. Prompt attention to questions. Friendly phone skills. Excellent customer service.This relationship that started decades ago and continues to be our choice!
