Last few times I have been there I sit at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes. Either no one answers or atleast put a broken speaker sign on the menu to let people know not to keep sitting there…then pull up to the window and have the workers not look at the window once. THEN not answer their phone…absolutely NO POINT in putting in an app order ahead of time because no one will get it ready. Put an app order in at 5:51 pm and then I get there at 6:20 and no one has anything ready. Last time they gave my sandwich to someone else. Couldn’t refund me because I ordered on the app so I left without my money and no sandwiches.Ridiculous.

The drive threw speaker is ALWAYS broken therefore you have to order at the window and it takes forever and customers leave. When I order at night everyone is always playing on there phone.

Brandon Johnson - General manager fully aware of prices being wrong on menu at the drive thru stated that he didn't care and that I was the only person that cared out of all of his customers. He acknowledged that he is fully aware the price is wrong, and simply doesn't care. I asked for the district manager, and he said no. I said that I would figure it out, and report this horrible service and he said good luck leave my store and closed the window on me!! Absolutely amazing!
