I went in for some stuff on July 3rd. I knew where 2 of my items would be located. I needed to find where their adhesives were and I didn't even have to look for someone. I turn around and a gentleman by the name of Jamie was there asking me if I needed some help. Less than 10 seconds Jamie had me pointed to the right aisle. Great service! Check out was quick and friendly also.

bought a propane tank from yall's store and no one told him that a almost 65 dollar tank that he paid for didn't come with propane until we where in our car and backing out of the parking stall and then the employee proceeded to tell us that if we wanted propane in the tank we would have to pay more so we ended up paying another $13.60 for propane to be put in this tank if that is your policy you need to state that when purchasing a tank not after when the customer is already bought a tank they thought was full because everywhere else in town so full propane tanks not empty ones for that price I am completely unsatisfied with your customer service at the store I will not be going back and I will tell everybody in nacogdoches about how your employees treat your customers. In all my years of life have I ever paid 65 dollars for an empty propane tank propane companies don't even sell people empty tanks for that price they get filled

I love Tractor Supply, I went there (Nacogdoches) early this morning to get 100 post and when I arrived my front tire had blown out and it was impossible for me to fix! Those wonderful ladies immediately began finding someone to help an 83 year old lady!! While I waited for help to arrive, they made sure I had water, and a chair to sit in and cool off! A great big shout out to Rhonda, Shawn and Zackery who loaded my post!! Thanks is just not enough, so I wanted to write a review! Great employees!!
