“These people are amazing! I have been there three times to rent a U-haul and will go through them every time. The men are respectful and connected the U-haul themselves. When I returned (a day late), he came outside before I even got out of my truck, he parked and disconnected the U-haul for me. I even had to change my payment method at last minute notice and without exchanging any words, he did it instantly. I paid in cash and the original amount that was put on hold instantly went back on my card. I will be using them every time I need to haul something.”
