Toes not dry, and would not dry after hours, had to remove the paint myself. Didn’t file my nails smoothly for my classic manicure no paint that they charge $20 for. $175 dollars later and won’t be back don’t waste your money

My daughter and two grandbabies came after church today and got mani/ pedis and they were GREAT! these people are do sweet and the quality of work is amazing. It was a little warm for me but not unbearable. I will definitely be back oh yeah I also got my brows done and that was awesome too.
Cleanliness: The salon is clean but the potty need a little freshening up and the temperature could be turned down to 73. Overall very satisfied

Went here 9/2/23. After letting someone know I needed a fill, a male employee told me my nail shape, almond, was UGLY which is very unprofessional and rude! I came to Two-tone previously and got the nails done there!(full set,almond) The lack of customer service is appalling. I thought I had a nail salon that I could become a regular but the search still continues.

I’m working out of town and decided to get a pedicure after work to pass time. I came in for a basic pedicure…. Im soooooooo disappointed because I came in for a nice experience but the lady didn’t even massage me up to my knee nor paint my toes evenly. My family does nails, so I know what to expect for a regular pedicure. I could’ve painted my own toes myself for that quality of work. At the end, I asked how long a basic pedicure was supposed to last. A worker said 20-25 min. I told them that it wasn’t even 20 min long because I kept track of the time. Then I was told that pedicures aren’t based on a time. The lady who did my toes said in Vietnamese “dont worry about her” or “ignore her” which I found was really rude. They didn’t apologize or anything. I’m just confused as to why I was told 20-25 min if there isn’t a time limit? The crazy part was that the shop wasn’t even busy!!!!!!! Highly disappointed. Was looking for a regular shop to go to since I work in East Texas a lot. Will not be going back.

I walked in with 2 broken nails. They fixed them with no problems. The service was good but very busy.

Acrylic was not applied evenly, made my nails look crooked, did not clean the nails properly, shape was not the same for all of them.. the price charged was not worth it..Services: Nail repair
