This the very bad shipping company that you can send your package. They never deliver your package at your door if you leave in an apartment. You give them the shipping address and the choose to put it in the office. They knows that the office has an hours and don’t open on Sunday and Saturday, but still accept express shipping and took people money and after they will said they can’t access to your door.

Ever since the old driver of my route quit, they have been horrible. I was literally in my yard, 20 yards from the mailbox, the delivery driver came to my box, put mail in, waved at me, and drove off. The mail was a slip saying delivery attempted, mailbox full. It was the only thing in it. This is not the first time this has happened. They do this every couple weeks, or leave the mailbox open in the rain, or even dump my packages out on the ground next to the box in the rain. That's if they even show up. I've been outside in the yard and they never even show up and I get a notification saying delivery attempted, no one home or something similar from Amazon. Complaining at post office does no good

This is RIDICULOUS Don't ever hold your breath on having any of your packages delivered. Half the time they don't even put it on the trunk to even be delivered. They just label it as undeliverable. And then when you go and pick up your package, since the mailman couldn't fathom to do his job, you get met with people with an attitude. This whole post office is just simply lazy there's no actual rhyme or reason on why they won't deliver your mail. They just don't want to. I will be sending my packages to a pickup location from now on If I have to go get my packages anyway might as well use a closer location. 0/5

These people are a joke. How do you mark items as delivered and never delivered it at all? Get different job if you cant do the job correctly.

Horrible service!!! I paid for a package to be intercepted but they aren’t releasing and claims it would be delivered tomorrow which it was supposed to be delivered today. They need to be looked at and something done about them.

Horrible!!! I have an expensive package that’s supposed to be delivered to my house today. But their tracking system stays it’s been at the usps office since 8 this morning and hasn’t moved and when calling the office no one answers the phone. Also not to forget their drivers speed down my neighborhood as well. The post office needs to do better.

Truly such a disheartening experience every time I have to come here. Wishing we had more helpful or knowledgeable clerks - at the least, people who are willing to answer questions or process mail correctly and kindly. As the gatekeepers to sending or receiving valuable items, I’m hopeful this location will be able to understand how important it is to find employees who are not unnecessarily hostile or unhelpful.

I have been trying for 3 months to get mail delivered. All of our christmas presents were returned to sender with this post office LYING about making delivery attempts. I can literally be outside all day looking for them and not a single postal carrier had come down our road. At first we recieved no mail. Now we are receiving mail for 3 different houses. None of them ours. And every time I go up there I'm told to leave my name and number and they will call me with a solution. Does it really take 3 months to assign a postal worker. And can someone explain to me why my address got reported as undeliverable when it's a valid address that has been 911 verified, county clerk verified, and verified at the local post office. Seems to me like yall just don't want to actually do your jobs and every time I go up there the solution is to offer me a P.O. box that I have to pay for, or making me pay AGAIN for a change of address (8x already)

The people that they hire for this post office don't like their job. I am so tired of having issues with my mail not being delivered correctly and then being told that the courier doesn't have access to our postal lockers when there clearly isn't any barriers between them and the lockers. USPS gives the customers access to something called Informed Delivery but that is trash because it's not followed and then when they are questioned about it they give lame excuses as to why the mail/packages aren't delivered, and they can't say it's because of the holiday season and more than normal mail cause this poor service happens all throughout the year!!! Nothing ever gets done and when you attempt to go to the post office in person the postal master is never there(at least that's what they tell you) tired of mediocre service from this branch of USPS
I'm so afraid of having my medications delivered because I would never get them on time if at all...so 😢

I was supposed to get my medication in the mail today. I waited for the postman to come. He passed up my house so I go to the mailbox to see if he put my meds in there and then he left a note saying that he knocked on my door. He lied about that because I sat there and watched him pass up my house, now I get to wait another day and I hope I get my medication tomorrow which I’m already out of. It’s really a shame when people are lazy. Sometimes it’s really important to get your package. I needed it.

My purpose was to pick up a package that was returned to the USPS. THE Message was sent via text and according to the Post Office is a phishing Scam. The postal clerk recognized the scam immediately and showed me a scam board that she had created with detailed information on the various scams that she had run across. Very helpful and friendly.
