Absolutely the worst post office delivery service ever! We have lived in small towns before and our mail person always brought our packages to our door. They did not leave falsified information in our mailbox saying they attempted to deliver, but mailbox is full or no one was home. No, they’re lazy! Today, for example, my husband was working in the front yard and the mail carrier said they couldn’t deliver bc the mailbox was full! My husband was right there and all they need do was drive such a short distance to give the packages to him. Then, I pay Amazon money who contracts with the local postal service to make sure we get our packages on time, then they cannot even load the packages and bring them out. They were not BIG PACKAGES, but just lazy. It’s very difficult to get your packages unless you personally pick them up. I cannot understand how the Supervisors keep their jobs. So disappointed in the local mail carrier here in Nacogdoches! I have cancer and we need help to get our items bc my husband is my primary caregiver and cannot always pick up everything. Now, bc of their lack of service and also leaving lies on reasons why they cannot deliver, he’s forced to drive 20 minutes one way to pick up much needed items! This is NOT RIGHT! We paid to have packages delivered and whatever contract they have with Amazon should be stopped bc they don’t do their job!

There should be a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR OPTION. "Missing" packages that are never found. Watched from my living room as the carrier crushed a box with her hands so it would fit into the mailbox. She sure doesn't want to waddle up to the front door. Contents were destroyed. Have watched as she drives THROUGH my front yard to go to the next house. Sometimes leaves my packages a mile away at another house. Folding envelopes with contents that can't be folded AT my mailbox where they would have fit. "DO NOT FOLD" label was clearly visible. Contents destroyed. That just seems vindictive, doesn't it?. Falsification of delivery information too many times to count. CHASED me down one day to scream at me because I called the Postmaster for help. Today, she just drove right past my house with my much needed package in her truck. Never stopped.Need I go on? 100 similar stories in 6 years. Now, if my house burns down, you'll know who did it.

I am handicap and walk slowly.The clerk who helped me with my package and also my money order was extremely helpful.Idk if I will go back, as it is a large ice and hard for me to walkBut,,I am pleased with that post office

Ive been shipping sports cards for YEARS! And this is by far the worst usps. They mishandle packages. Give you the most attidude about any question. And half the time I truly believe they snag some of the packages for themselves. And DO NOT SHIPPING ART THRU THEM!!!! They will break it and be the most non-apologetic. Theres no pride at this USPS. Ship with caution.

This is the second time this has happened. The carriers at this USPS are unwilling to deliver packages if they are over-sized. They falsely put notes stating that delivery was attempted when in fact it was not. My packages were shipped from overseas and they instead of even attempting to knock on the door simply stated on the slip that my complex premises were closed at 8 am. This is FALSE. What is the point of having a postal service if you are unwilling to deliver products to customers and this location does not even offer Re- delivery options. Disappointing to say the least. Hire people who are willing to put in effort

TRACKING INFORMATION:DELIVERY ATTEMPTED BUT MAIL BOX WEAS FULL. THIS IS NOT TRUE THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE MAILBOX EXCEPT THE 1 SLIP OF PAPER THE CARRIER LEFT. IT SAYS THEY WILL TRY DELIVERY AGAIN THIS WAS ON JULY 7TH, TODAY IS JULY 10 NOT ATTEMPTED AGAIN. THIS IS HORRIBLE. THE SLIP THAT WAS LEFT I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE 20 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME ON JULY 7TH AND THIS IS NOT THE PACKAGE THAT WAS THERE.

the ladies in there, especially the short one, just seem like they hate their life so they take it out on you. They kept acting as if i didn’t know what i was talking about and giving me a funky attitude and tone. I asked a simple question about why my package is being returned multiple times even though i’m putting the full address, and she just kept saying it was a me problem and that ”i don’t know what i’m doing” I should’ve known by the old lady that walked out before me saying “you’re gonna love it in there”

These carriers (especially the subs) have to be the most lazy around. Husband is waiting on a package and the mail lady puts one piece in our box and then says she couldn't access our driveway or front door. Our drive is wide enough for 2 large trucks she looks at him and drives away. I mean seriously do your dang job PLEASE.

Never in my life in 3 different states have I had such a terrible time with mail. Never. First, I couldnt get things delivered at all. Finally got that fixed and now they deliver to my porch, IN THE RAIN, without knocking on my door when clearly I'm there, but leave my box AND ENVELOPES in the rain on my front porch. The things in the envelopes are completely ruined. Luckily, the things inside the box were shrink wrapped so they were safe. What kind of incompetence makes one think leaving paper envelopes on a porch in the rain is ok? Calling to complain to the big dogs because calls to the post office do not get answered or if you can get an answer don't get returned. Geez...

I don’t understand the point of having a phone number and phone if you guys are never going to answer it this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue getting my packages It says it was put into my mailbox and there is nothing in my mailbox.

Due to your carriers NEGLANCE I have to wait an extra 2 days for a package! Ridiculous, they said delivery attempted funny I was sitting on the porch and the carrier waived at me. How do you attempt to delivery a package when you look right at the recipient? Someone some where dropped the ball. It just so happens that that missing package that they are playing with has my medication in it! Complaints go no where no this is ever done. Guess I will have to contact a lawyer to get people to do their jobs!
