From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, genuine, and had the kind of real smile that instantly puts you at ease. Even when my husband decided to be that guy on the phone — firing off a dozen questions after Mari had already finished processing the return and was literally about to submit the replacement order — she never once let her smile fade. Meanwhile, I was clearly annoyed with him lol, but Mari’s patience and upbeat energy rubbed off on me too. What could have been a frustrating errand turned into a great visit that felt more like I was out shopping with a friend thanks to her.

I also watched her help the gentleman ahead of me, and again — patience of a saint! He peppered her with what felt like a thousand unnecessary questions, and she just kept her smile, answered kindly, and handled it with grace.
