I appreciate that there is an employed attendant there at all times I feel safe when I go to get gas for I am a single woman who usually travels by herself. I find that the length of time and line to get to a pump is reasonable.”

“I would like to let everyone know that I was trying to locate a Notary, thought I had seen it advertised in the camera dept at walgreens a couple of years ago so I reluctantly decided to call. Honestly did not figure I would get an answer by phone however the lady who answered the call, TIARA, proved me wrong! She told me they did not have a Notary, I asked was she sure because I thought I saw a sign in the camera department, she said maybe she was wrong and offered to transfer me to that department. No one answered by 4 rings so TIARA came back on the line and said she contacted her manager to make sure she told me correctly and she let me know she was sorry but they for sure do not have a Notary. It's not everyday an employee goes out of their way to help and she was not only helpful and friendly, I could see her smile through her voice! Just wanted to let Walgreens on Richmond Road know I received exceptional service from their employee TIARA today!!!”

I had to pick up several medications for my father, and he was very polite in a world full of rude people. No one likes to wait in line at the pharmacy and I could not imagine working at the pharmacy and having to deal with rude customers all day. Tim's dedication to his job is very admirable. “They only had two people working pharmacy. The staff that was leaving before the two staff reported that meds would be ready in an hour. I went home and come back they weren't ready. I didn't feel good so I just sat and waited. They tried to get my meds together and they did the apologized for the long wait.”
