I’ve (sadly) used many specialty pharmacies—from Optum to Carelon, as well as other independent pharmacies—and CSI is, without question, the best of the best. They help with prior authorizations, make sure you have all the correct supplies, and always follow up to ensure your deliveries arrive as expected. Every interaction has been professional, organized, and genuinely caring. Shelley is an incredible patient advocate and truly feels like the heart and soul of CSI. I honestly don’t think I would have been approved to transition from IVIG to SCIG without her help. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. Even though she’s clearly busy, she never makes you feel rushed. Every phone call ends with me feeling heard, reassured, and well taken care of. They even sent adorable compression socks with my first SCIG shipment. (Hey, it’s the little things! ❤) If I could use this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions, I absolutely would. If you’re looking for a specialty pharmacy—especially one with true SCIG expertise—do yourself a favor and choose CSI. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Originally I only gave them one star because of the one bad experience I had when I called with some questions but I received a call from one of the female managers and a pharmacist named Laura afterwards and they were so apologetic and concerned for my health that the pharcist even advocated for me to my doctor. It’s a great place to get your surgical supplies for aftercare of an incision. Thank you both!! I don’t know why they think that it’s appropriate for a rude young girl to answer the phone today 9/15/25 but you will lose customers this way and when I called back to talk to a manager, she said oh we have so many what is this about and I said someone over hiring and firing and she said oh well see you should have asked for human resources because they handle that. She then transferred me to a blank voicemail, probably her own, and hung up!! You just lost a customer!”

“There was a sweet black lady with long beautiful eyelashes has been there for years today she really helped me and my daughter out. Our meds had to change manufacture and so it wasn’t covered and it was Finn cost 1 over what I had in savings she said hold on girl I got you. N went to clicking ended up somehow getting it down to 15.20 leaving me with enough in savings to get my little girl some McDonald’s. It was so nice of her to not just blow me off bc it isn’t really her fault the prices I wish I could remember her name but l pray she sees this and remember how happy my little girl was she got McDonald’s on her spring break. It’s the little things in life people helping just bc they are good people that’s just keeps ya going so thanks and will be forever grateful”
