Stopped for a shower, but they did not allow team shower. Me and the hubby, of course. Nice place but the staff is not very friendly. Hubby had a bbq sandwich. It was ok. He was hungry. I had a bowl of mixed veggies, pretty good.

Must pay over $13 to park even passenger vehicles, none of the usual truck stop edibles and almost nothing at night, nosy staff, basically an overrated tourist trap. Bad business model, squash it before it spreads. Search and avoid.

Well another truck stop , getting greedy, wanting to charge for parking, isn't enough that the transportation industry is already paying way to much for everything,fuel , insurance, wages taxes , food, repair, ECT ECT !!!!!!A bunch of thief's period!!!!

Stopped here for my 10 hour break. 1 hour in, some guy on a golf cart comes over and tells me I’m in a reserved spot…There was NOTHING showing this area/spot as reserved. No yellow paint saying reserved with a spot number, absolutely nothing. He tried to tell me there was a sign on the service road…I was going to get up and fuel along with DEF my truck for at least $400 worth of their product, but instead moved to Quiktrip and gave them my money after my 10 was up there…Terrible customer service and NO markings at all.

Not even deserve 1 star store Manager Alex and cashier Chris playing with me very good pump between store to far walking distance that's fineto me but set up pump not working he transfer my pump other pump and not working good walking back store 3th time again oooohh sorry foget the transfer than came back again pump doesn't work again who ever hire those guys big mistakes loosing money if you care about it never stop here again if u don't want to wasting your time no stopping here please

So, if your Dunkin Donut bill is 3.76, and you hand the girl 5.01, how much change should you get back? Well the ditz at the register said the register told her to give me 1.24. And then had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and snicker, when I turned my back to leave.. My son, who was behind me caught it. A penny is not a big deal. Learning how to add, subtract and be customer friendly should be a job requirement. She would not be working for meThis was about 8am on 10/14.

New Pilot nobody found out about yet. Excellent store and bathrooms. Paid parking. 4/5 because no paper towels in restroom and there is barely any coffee left at 20.00 hours

This is literally the most cleanliest most organized Pilot I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been driving for years!! Food and customer service was everything!
