Horrible experience, the pharmacist (I think is name is Nguyen, Vankhoi) is very rude and not doing is job. I went 3 times to this place to get my prescriptions refilled because they said my insurance was not updated. I did call my Aetna Insurance and was told that I did have coverage. The pharmacist basically told me that it was my problem and did not want to call the insurance to see what was wrong. in fact , he refused it and arrogantly told me it was my problem. I transfer the prescription to Walgreens and they fill my RX for my copay. Shame on CVS and that pharmacist should not be allowed to work, he is an useless and unwanted person. In fact I wish we had the option to choose zero star!

Outstanding customer service! I was a guest at the hotel next door. My battery was dead so I decided to see if the store had a pair of jumper cables. I was assisted by David who helped me look for them. Unfortunately, the store didn't have any in stock. I explained to David that I was next door and had car issues and just stopped to check to see if they carried cables before i went to autozone. David was amazing and let me borrow his personal cables!! I was able to get my car cranked and returned the cables to David! David went above and beyond. This act of kindness tells so much about David's values and character! This store must be extremely proud to have David on their team!

I went in on 3/10 about 11:15 am or so & was completely impressed with the man working the cash register. He was working alone & there was a line but instead of getting overwhelmed, he handled it with such a positive attitude. I had small kids with me- he joked with them & made us all laugh. I think experiences like these need to be recognized more so that they happen more often. He was an older gentleman but his energy was still light & fun. I was picking up my 16x20 poster photo I had printed for the $5 deal, and that came out awesome! 10/10 recommend.

The pharmacist was an amazing help by getting the assistance of the hospital for more directions concerning a new medication at the hospital release. She was truly an angel!!!

If you like long receipts, there is no other place for you! Friendly staff and great option for a quick trip. Pharmacy very efficient and has a number of vaccines available. We got passport photos here as well

I usually go in to this pharmacy to get my medication, im 31 weeks pregnant, and got questioned by the pharmacist about why im taking the prescription prescribed since im pregnant and if my doctor is aware of it.
I dont see the reason on why this was needed to be asked, and irrelevant to anything. This looks like an invasion of privacy and lack of professionalism. I refuse to go to a pharmacy that judges me for what im taking without knowing anything about my health history. Will be changing pharmacies because this rubbed me the absolute wrong way.

The poor reviews of this pharmacy are completely merited. Without exception, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go to pick up a prescription there's and issue. EVERY TIME. 1. They're out. 2. They need doctor's authorization (even though my Doctor prescribed it and I've taken it for years). 3. They have no record of the doctor giving prescription. I could keep going. And going. Unfortunately I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. It's too much of a monumental waste of time. Do yourself a favor and AVOID!!

This morning I need to print a poster, we walking in around 11 am and uploaded the picture in a few minutes, but then somehow it took one hour to get it done, I am pregnant and also need to watching my two year old son in the store while waiting for. They told me printer out of paper, and loaded new paper, but we was waiting there for one hour to get it done, he even has an attitude when checking out the poster. Also I ordered 12*18 posters, but the one I received doesn’t looks like 12 inches. While, for a pregnant woman waiting for one hour and also need to watch a toddler, this wait is really not nice.
