The poor reviews of this pharmacy are completely merited. Without exception, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go to pick up a prescription there's and issue. EVERY TIME. 1. They're out. 2. They need doctor's authorization (even though my Doctor prescribed it and I've taken it for years). 3. They have no record of the doctor giving prescription. I could keep going. And going. Unfortunately I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. It's too much of a monumental waste of time. Do yourself a favor and AVOID!!

This morning I need to print a poster, we walking in around 11 am and uploaded the picture in a few minutes, but then somehow it took one hour to get it done, I am pregnant and also need to watching my two year old son in the store while waiting for. They told me printer out of paper, and loaded new paper, but we was waiting there for one hour to get it done, he even has an attitude when checking out the poster. Also I ordered 12*18 posters, but the one I received doesn’t looks like 12 inches. While, for a pregnant woman waiting for one hour and also need to watch a toddler, this wait is really not nice.

The only thing I like about this CVS is one person. Ms. Rosie! She is so sweet and so kind every single time I come in. Today I had a short and unpleasant experience with the lady who was checking me out. I had an issue with my coupons and she was so annoyed that she had to help me with them. Why do you insist on having coupons only to be annoyed when people want to use them? Regardless, had it been Rosie I would have had no problems! Hopefully they can train their staff better to be more like her!

The store staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Dave. I didn’t give five stars though because the pharmacy is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a friendly greeting at the pharmacy and other times you are met with an attitude by pharmacy staff.

The worst CVS I have ever seen. No supervisor on premises, only 3 employees, and about 50 customers. Absolute madness.

The customer service here is terrible. Prices are ridiculous. Stock level atrocious. The store is always unkept and disheveled. I'm not exactly sure what they spend all their time on because it's not customer service and it's not stocking the shelves and lately they don't even have a cashier.CVS as a whole is just a joke My biggest gripe about them is they send you gift certificates or extra buck rewards or coupons and then make them absolutely impossible to redeem. I always thought that the purpose of a promotion was to give a customer a good experience so they would want to come back again when you're giving people these coupons and making them impossible to redeem it makes people have a bad experience and not want to go back. I've had about four bad experiences in the last 2 weeks and way too many over the years to count but I am absolutely done I will be canceling my CVS account my rewards account all of it you can keep all of it you can give yourself all your extra buck rewards I'll be transferring my prescriptions my wife's prescriptions my dogs prescriptions I am done.

Say what you will about this CVS, but I’m giving Rose five stars. She’s the sweetest. And that tall dude that’s always there. Dude has been in the chain pharmacy game since eckerd drugs. And he is pretty funny. The store, meh it’s whatever. The pharmacy, they ain’t quick. But Rose and that tall guy are on top of their game as far as being good people.

This CVS is far better than the Seabrook location. I am sick from out of town and needed medication. The pharmacy assistant was actually very sweet, informative and friendly. She gave me no hint of how busy she was and seemed to be able to keep her cool and still manage great customer service. The pharmacist met with me on my prior visit and he was equally pleasant. This is a show of great leadership. I’m really thankful I found this pharmacy.

I have been a customer of this CVS for about 9 years now. I have tried to use different CVS locations and even tried Walgreens but I always wind up having my prescriptions filled here. Every other pharmacy always makes me jump through hoops or makes it almost impossible to obtain my own prescription because it's a narcotic. The pharmacist and the technicians are always so nice to me and the young man pharmacist even went above and beyond his duties one Saturday and did what absolutely no other pharmacist at any other location whatsoever and made sure my prescription was filled (and within an hour) when they're location was out of stock. Yeah they may be slow at times and can even get on your nerves but when it comes down to it, they really do take care of their customers. I will always be a loyal customer to this CVS.

I ordered something online for in-store pickup since I needed it immediately and could stop by on my way home. The older lady up front thought I was talking about a UPS order and called a young man to come up and help her, even though I told them they were misunderstanding me. The young man was very dismissive and told me they can't search order numbers and they might not have my order until a day later, even though I received the email and text saying it was ready and this is supposed to be an item that was in stock and reserved for me up front. Their customer service was terrible and no one apologized for the inconvenience, so I didn't bother with another CVS location and went to Walgreens instead where I was able to remain in my car and get my order promptly. I'm even more disappointed because I had a coupon specifically for CVS, so this meant paying full price at Walgreens, but it was worth it to have better service and be treated like a valued customer.

They have no customer service skills and the lady who I spoke to on the phone didn’t care worth a lick. Going to switch pharmacies soon

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I most definitely would. This pharmacy has by far...in my 50 some odd years the worst customer service ever. As customers we depend on our pharmacist to answer questions as well as listen to our concerns when it comes to our medication. The pharmacist (I believe his name either Kevin or Keith) was very rude and obnoxious. He had absolutely no customer skills to deal with the public. His staff was just as rude as he was. I can definitely see why this pharmacy has a 2.9 star rating. I have been in customer service all my life and I have yet to experience anything like this before. There has to be a concern within the company of CVS as to why there are so many issues with customer service. Training is definitely warranted in this matter. It takes special people to be kind to others. These employees need training in empathy as well as overall customer service.

Closed earlier than posted time! Needed medication late at night. Internet searched all stores nearby. This CVS location was closest, & said open till 12 midnight. One of the last stores in Clear Lake open till midnight anymore. I hurried & drove 4 miles, arrived at 11:50, doors were locked, but all lights were on inside. Another customer and I knocked on the door for a minute, & waited about 5 minutes. No one came to the door or acknowledged us. Unable to get any medicine tonight because I guess their manager wanted to go home early? Poor customer service to close & lock doors before posted time.
