Im a regular customer. And yesterday, Never in my life have I seen such ridiculous behavior from a manager. She is a work place bully but would not provide her name or the information of the general manager per employee claudia. I witnessed her harrass another employee clearly not a regular dollar general employee but one of a different vendor which is unacceptable behavior. They mocked and laughed at them while also leaving a huge line of customers at the till. Also stating what does that employee do here when in fact all 3 workers were not doing a damn thing. I know its normal for natalia to be so ghetto but dollar general get some professionals. Please fire these lazy bullies.

I usually get friendly courteous customer service. The employees are always happy to help... But on my last visit, my cashier was the opposite of great customer service. RUDE!!!

*Buyer Beware*Shelf price tags are not being changed and when you go to pay, the price is usually higher on many products.I’ve alerted them of this several times but they still won’t fix shelf tags.Get your receipt and look it over. I guarantee you’ll see you’re paying more.This used to be a decent DG, and I understand about supplies being shorted but this store is always out of most everything.The Devine DG is run much better with correct shelf tags and usually fully stocked.

It’s so sad that in the year 2021 the store employee or the manager can get a western union sent without the customer downloading an app. Western Union was around way before internet and smart phone so don’t waste your time in this “Premium Thrift Store”
