The truck care team had kind and generous customer service. Everyone was super friendly and make me feel comfortable helping me with my issues. I recommend to stop at this location.

Clean and good condition showers, personal so kind and helpful
I was very happy get rest in this travel stop
But shower 5 has too low water pressure

Loves i am disappointed you guys are know for your clean facilities but this one is a disappointment.
I stop here often and was hesitant to post this but this shower was filthy floors looks like they haven’t been swept for weeks and disinfectants are know existing please do better. Overall shower smells terrible. Staff is friendly & plenty of parking.

Pulled into the truck repair shop yesterday, I felt like I was at home. The staff welcomed me warmly and took care of the truck repair punctually. Sal has a great sense of humour and is very professional. Rachel and the rest of the crew are awesome as well. Thank you all I will be back.

Needs new managers or something the showers were dirty. Sad, because for truckers on the road this is all we have. Love's help us be safe and clean.

Cashier by the gas pumps was absolutely amazing but the cashier by the diesel pumps was nothing but rude and should not be in customer service.

Shop... checked in at 4am to get the lights on my trailer fixed but the only mechanic was a tire guy. He said I had to wait till 7am for the real mechanic. I went back in Athens 7 to explain the problem, he confirmed my number and said there were 2 ahead of me. I called again at 1030 but he was outside filling the propane tanks 🤨. I rigged the lights so DOT wouldn't get me and left. The shop finally called me to pull in the bay at 1300!!! Needless to say I was gone and beyond upset.

Rookie shop parts changers spent nearly an hour and a half doing a courtesy check before starting on the work I hired them to do. Only to discover an issue with my airbag once they actually started doing the work. Couldn't do the job now because of a chipped mounting plate. Wasted all of my time. No worries Southern Tire Mart was able to actually fix the job. This Loves shop will never get my business again.

Friendly staff, very clean and well organized, easy access, big parking spaces and the spirit of the gentleman at the fuel desk is very wonderful 👌

Intentionally closed showers early morning. Disgusting toilets.

Those ladies working early morning shift intentionally turn off the shower on the computer pretending like out of service, at least they put 5 out of 9 for not in use, really if they can’t do their job and getting paid less better find something else, don’t make long haul drivers hours for shower, disgusting
