Called Mary at apple ford to set up an appointment. She said they weee booked and would not be able To get me In directly , but could send me over to Quick Lane and get them to do the general maintenance I needed. She transferred me over and they said bring it on in. I got there around 1:30 PM and they called me and informed me of a couple other maintenance items that needed
To be done. They explained them as well as extra cost. I instructed them to proceed. They let me Know it was ready around 5:00 PM. We went and picked it up. All was
Completed to satisfaction and all was good!

I arrived at 10am to get an oil change & a transmission service. The guy said i had a couple in front of me. I asked at 1pm for an update & he said the mechanic was almost finished. At 1:20 the mechanic came told him that he didn't have enough fluid for my transmission, so the guy left in his own vehicle to go get more fluid for my transmission. I finally paid out and was able to leave at 1:45pm . At no point did anyone relay to me of the delays or that there were any issues. Only when I mentioned being there for 4 hrs that they apologized for the wait. He tried to justify the wait by saying my truck was older . Really ??
4 hrs & a $604 bill . I think I may search for other options in my area.

Had a 2013 ford expedition key fob replaced. For a vehicle to be 12 years old the $250 fee is shocking but then nothing is reasonable these days when it comes to car repair is it? Made an appointment, was treated respectfully by the staff and was in and out in 2 hours.
