Had my car break down while I was on my way to back home from Houston a little ways from Navasota and Joseph helped me out with a tow late at night. He made sure I was safe and got my car checked out the next day by the mechanics here. Rates are fair as well. Phenomenal customer service. Definitely go with these guys for a tow.

We had a great experience with Frank’s, when we had to call to change a flat tire on the side of the road. Joseph was extremely friendly, helpful & thorough, as my mom and I were completely helpless! Lol. Highly recommend for any of your automotive needs. ???

John and his folks take very good care of every vehicle in my family.
Always gives an honest assessment on any issue. Prompt service and reasonably priced. They take time to research any issues with original manufacturers and find solutions.

Highly, highly recommend Frank’s Towing for your towing needs. Joseph provided excellent customer service! He was there in a heartbeat when I was stranded on the side of the highway. Went back to the shop without hesitation to get a different tow truck when my car couldn’t go into neutral and had to be pulled instead, and he offered suggestions for repairs that were in my best interest and based on my circumstances. Joseph was super friendly on our way to the shop. Call them if you ever need them and you find yourself near Navasota, College Station area. Glad I did!!

Our roadside assistance program contacted this company and the driver who showed up to help was Joseph. We were (obviously) having a VERY bad night, but we couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful person to come to our aid. What a great person. He truly went above and beyond and because of him, I highly recommend this company.

A few weeks ago two vehicles got stuck in the mud outside because of all the rain we've gotten. Service was great, and they were very understanding about the second vehicle, considering it was a big rig with no trailer. The price was very good considering the great service we received. Very polite. Would use again.

I'm so impressed with Franks. For example, I drive a delivery van for my employer, and unfortunately hit a deer at 1am. Franks team answered the phone, got me in the next day to assess the damage, and got me back on the road almost immediately. I got great personal attention from both the supervisory staff and the team. I highly recommend Franks.

Frank's Towing and Repair was the best experience I could've asked for from a towing company. They arrived promptly and Joseph expertly handled the towing job. I was in the middle of an FM road and he was there in under 20 minutes. He also arrived at the agreed upon location over an hour away at the same time as we did. 10/10 recommend this company for any of your towing needs. Great service and high quality tow truck!
