I just walked out of this place after standing at the counter long enough for 4 of the five employees to walk right by me and not even recognize my presents.
They didn’t even give me a “we will be right with you”
Nothing.
I’m going straight to NAPA in College Station.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever encountered! Aaron is the best. This location, and O'Reilley's as a whole, treats you right and makes you feel like a human being.
My brother and I were driving back to College Station on Easter Sunday. Around 9:00pm and about 20 minutes out from Navasota, our alternator failed. We couldn't make it all the way to College Station, so we stopped here to buy an alternator.
We were prepared to stay the night, but Aaron-one of the employees-offered to stay AFTER his shift ended to help us change the alternator! After he finished his shift, on his own time, he stayed after-hours and brought his tools over from his house to help fix the alternator. He was super friendly, super helpful, and fixed the alternator in no time at all. About two hours later, we were on the road again.
I don't think any other store has employees that will stay after hours on Easter Sunday to help two random, stranded guys. I highly, highly recommend O'Reilly's and I highly, highly recommend Aaron.

The store is setup nicely and clean but when I needed assistance finding which oil was correct for my car I looked around for an employee only to see the attached photo. I called out to him thinking he might have the other earbud out but received no response and he simply continued staring at his phone. Walked right out the door after that. That's no way to act around customers.
