“Had some confusion with a package I was expecting today as it said it was being returned to sender. I was able to call the office and speak with Joy. She then called Laura, our carrier for route 4, and confirmed there was just an issue with the scanner and the package was indeed in my mailbox. This took five minutes at the most. Awesome service. Couldn't be more pleased. It was definitely 5 star service.”
